Popeyes review: The location in Leander Texas was closed at 8pm on Sunday [protected]

To whom this may concern~
I am writing this complaint with a great deal of dis satisfaction with the way management is overseeing this particular location on 10743 Crystal Falls Parkway, Leander Texas 78641. [protected]. I've been a loyal customer of Popeyes franchise for a very long time, a devoted customer as I may add. On several occasions I noticed staff in the back cooking and preparing orders without masks on, I informed the manager and explained that as a customer, That type of behavior is disturbing, and the cooks should be wearing face masks while working. She acted like she didn't understand me. But this particular incident took the cake, On Sunday, May 30, 2021. Around 8:00pm, The location was closed due to lack of staff, a large piece of paper with writing on it from Eric the Manager. So I drove to the window and asked to speak with Eric the manager and he just dismissed me and closed the window and walked away.
