Could not go inside because doors where locked to customers. Set in line for 30 minutes before we could order. Then set at window for 30 minutes while watching certain people going in an out of side door with food. Tried to get money back but couldn't get anyone to window. Thought maybe they had to cook food but food was cold when we got it. 35$ wasted an one hour wasted. This Popeyes needs to be shut down.
