This service provided by this store is horrible. The complaints are numerous. They often get the orders incorrect, whether it be in the drive thru, in-person, or door dash. As a member of the community, we are tired of this treatment. It has become accepted-that if you order its going to be incorrect, be prepared to return to the store or chalk it, cause you are home & discover its wrong! Its been this way for a while. Most of the time they are out of menus entrees! With very few substitution choices. Please, look into this! Its been this way for a long time now, a very long time!

Desired outcome: It starts with management. Don't you have a standard of excellence, or doesn't the quality of service matter in our community because its urban? A review of the store and staff for starters, would help.
