Popeyes review: Poor service

I've been eating at this Popeye's for some time now. I went there for lunch today and I use one of your printed coupons. I placed my order for "Two can Dine" $8.99 plus tax. I showed the cashier the coupon sheet that I have and asked for the Senior Discount. She told me NO DISCOUNT with a COUPON.

I've received that discount several times in the past so when using coupons. So when did this happen if in fact it did.
