I went to Popeyes the other day in new Hartford commercial Drive I’d like to make a statement they were not very friendly. The girl that waited on us had a huge attitude had hickeys on her neck and it was dirty and there was no tables clean. it was really disgusting in there. It is a place of business where people go to eat have a good service being polite and not displaying such things on their neck. If you’re going to have hickeys on your neck, you really need to cover them up and management should’ve told her cover her neck very disappointed in the way we were treated in there. Desired outcome: I would like better service, a clean atmosphere, and the attitude draft and if someone really has things like that on their neck, they shouldn’t be working in the public

I usually have a good experience but today was a nightmare, at my workplace we take turns getting food for everyone but today was my day off and I went through drive thru the lady was nice and when I got up the window she said I am sorry but for your chicken sandwich it's going to take 6 to 7 minutes to cook so we went around front and waited. After about 20 minutes I went in side and I kept on being ignored so finally I just spoke up and said I have been waiting for 20 min. And I was told 6 to 7 min. She gave me a dirty look and said can't you see we are busy. Then it went down hill from there. 10 mins later she brought out my food and wouldn't give me the until she said a few words nasty. My food was cold. And as long as that woman is there, my company said they would not be back.

I've been eating at this Popeye's for some time now. I went there for lunch today and I use one of your printed coupons. I placed my order for "Two can Dine" $8.99 plus tax. I showed the cashier the coupon sheet that I have and asked for the Senior Discount. She told me NO DISCOUNT with a COUPON. Quick to the point they do not communicate well 4 times now we get cold chicken sandwich and fries from warm to cold.. I came to 2 Popeyes locations in Ridgeland Mississippi before their closing time which is 10 pm and both places had already stopped cooking. These are the only 2 places I have been that stop cooking 30 minutes before closing. Most places stop at closing then start cleaning up. This is ridiculous. Desired outcome: Contact the managers and inform them and make them cook until it is time to close. Otherwise what’s the point in remaining open til 10pm

I visited the Popeyes on 10th & Market St in Philadelphia which is fairly new. I asked the cashier for 2 orders of the ghost peppper wings. She said it would be 9 minutes I said that’s fine. She asked the cook was he going to make the ghost pepper wings and he shook his NO. She comes back to me and tells me they don’t have the ghost pepper wings would I like to order something else. I told her no and left the store very Angry.

It would be nice to inform customers with a sign right outside the lobby of this. The person I was talking to offered no answer to my question why the restaurant could not post a sign somewhere notifying all the customers online to pickup food that they were out of sandwiches. We went to the Popeye’s #10642 in Phoenix tonight. All the doors were open and it was smokey inside. It was 8:11 p.m. We were told the fans quit working in the kitchen. There seemed to be chaos among these young employees with no one in charge. They failed to make our orders correctly and they were completely out of forks and spoons and several others were still waiting for their orders when we left. I fault poor management at this store. We don’t have a Popeye’s in our area. But, now we realize we won’t miss it.
Desired outcome: Get a manager for this store. Consider closing when there is an equipment failure. My husband is a Fire Marshal and he was appalled that your smoke detectors can be disabled with a key!
