Waited 30 minutes in car (lobby was closed) to buy 4 chftook meminutes to find another chicken restaurant to purchase 4 chicken sandwiches
It would be nice to inform customers with a sign right outside the lobby of this. The person I was talking to offered no answer to my question why the restaurant could not post a sign somewhere notifying all the customers online to pickup food that they were out of sandwiches. We went to the Popeye’s #10642 in Phoenix tonight. All the doors were open and it was smokey inside. It was 8:11 p.m. We were told the fans quit working in the kitchen. There seemed to be chaos among these young employees with no one in charge. They failed to make our orders correctly and they were completely out of forks and spoons and several others were still waiting for their orders when we left. I fault poor management at this store. We don’t have a Popeye’s in our area. But, now we realize we won’t miss it.
Desired outcome: Get a manager for this store. Consider closing when there is an equipment failure. My husband is a Fire Marshal and he was appalled that your smoke detectors can be disabled with a key!

On 4/14/2023, at the drive thru menu boards, there is an animation displaying a 10 pc meal and after shows available desserts. on the screen in an animation. (Strawberry cheesecake and blueberry pie). They are not on the menu and the attendant says they don’t carry them. So why are they displayed? When asked about this, she said that these items have been discontinued. This is a new Popeyes that just opened up within 6 months. They do have apple pies on the menu but no other pies actually pictured on the display. I know this is just a small insignificant item but why is it there if Popeyes discontinued the pies?
Desired outcome: Stop flashing items on the drive thru screen if they aren’t available. This is false advertising.
Horrible nasty attitudes and poor product
The person in the drive thru window opened the window and held my drink for one... I had to literally open my car door and reach into the window to get my drink. Like it was too much effort for her to hand me the drink she snatched my debit card from me and had a very nasty disposition. I was in the drive thru line for 43 minutes with 4 cars in front of me. When I asked to speak to the Manager she stated they dont have one and chuckled. My macaroni and cheese was so runny when I opened the lid cheese sauce poured out like water. The customer in front of me shared words with Valencia the person working the drive thru and demanded a refund. The manager came to the window and spoke to him so I know that a manager was there. Popeyes on Airline has one nice young man who was working in the drive thru he is great but for years our community has dealt with horrible customer service at this store. I cannot stress enough that corporate should send a secret shopper thru the drive thru and see they type of employees they are paying to represent their company.

I PLACED delivery oder, chicken sandwich, small fries, small coke and never received it. I went on the automated line which did no good. Alo they sent me a message saying the they had no fries or coke. I tried calling the 800 number but it stayed busy. I don't understand this, never had this issue before. I either want my food or a refund. It should not be this difficult to get this issue resolved. Your assistance is requested!

April 7th went to popeyes chicken in council bluffs iowa at 9.45 pm ordered a 16 piece meal it came to 54 54 got home and it was not edible I called next morning and spoke to a managers he told me sorry and he would replace it I told him it would not b that day he said ok so I went today april 12 the and when I went in the staff was very rude and gave me a very hard time said it was almost closing when I had came on the 7 the and he wasn't replacing it after we had words back and forth he gave me some chicken and wouldn't honor the deal we made on the phone I have never been treated so bad by a place of business and I cannot believe you as a company sell garbage for food if it is almost closing time I want something done about this and I want someone to call me it is not exceptable expecially at the cost of 54. I love your chicken and fries we usually go to a different location than the one on bald hill rd in warwick ri. We went to this one tonite and dined in the food was good but I must tell you I have never eaten in a dirtier place in my life we cleaned off the table after stepping on napkins crumbs and saw wrappers all over the floor I can only imagine what the kitchen looked like there were at least 5 people behind the counter talking and walking around getting themselves drinks but not 1 any where near a broom or wash cloth

Former G.M. quoted me $14 in order to get me to apply BUT never enter that amount from day 1. He lied! Very dishonest and no integrity and a bad influence on Popeyes. STILL seeking my owed $495 after 4 months later! Popeyes and the former G.M. needs to hold accountability of what was promised to their employees. This is a "pattern" on other employees as well. Bad management all around! See how the former G.M. deal with this troublesome issue if it happened to him? Perhaps take the $495 out of his pay would not be a bad idea. Needs to get pay to move on! Enough mental suffering for me.

Every time, EVERY, I have been to this store for years, the order is not handled properly. Today, as so many times before, I was asked to pull over & wait. They took far longer than necessary to deliver the 2 sandwiches (the wait was allegedly for a small order of fries) but forgot the Lg order of mashed potatoes, forcing me to go back to the drive through to ask for it. I’ve had to go inside to get order components at least 4 or 5 times over the past few years. There’s Nothing proper about that.
Upon opening my sandwich, I find they put Nasty pickles on it (I can not understand why you put pickles on a chicken sandwich). It leaves that terrible vinegar taste on the sandwich, which I do not like & I always request they not be on any of my orders, but this store ALWAYS ignores my request.
I have complained about this store at least 2 times previous but NOTHING has changed, except the employees, so Clearly the problem is management & ownership.
The store on Pinhook Rd, Lafayette,LA - one of your oldest flagship locations (& the only one with a buffet, which should be reopened, please), has never messed up an order.
Desired outcome: Slap the management & owner around enough for them to finally fix the problem, or for sale to someone who cares about customers a great deal more than the present persons do, or make it a corporate store.
Not receiving my paycheck
I started working in March. I wasn't there for long, but I did work 70 to 75 hours my first two weeks. I was fired a couple days before pay day. When it was time to get paid, I never received my pay. The manager set it up so it would get deposited on my cashapp card. Anther associate who was also new had his set up that same way on the same day. Well on payday he received his check with no problem and I'm still trying to get mine. I've talked to the manager numerous of time, and she keeps saying she's handling it. Another pay period have ended and still nothing. I've called the 1800 number for HR and they say they'll get back to me. It's been over 2 weeks since then. I just want what I worked for.

Filthy restaurant
My fiancé and I just ate at your E Peoria Illinois restaurant. I’m 64 years old and have never eaten at a Popeyes before. We were the only ones in there and the tables, floor and bathrooms were filthy. There was one young man working counter and drive thru and one cook. The one who waited on us was very polite and stayed very calm trying to keep up because the line outside was wrapped around the entire building. I do have to say the food was good although they were out of slaw which we both wanted. I just feel like you should know what is going on because I will never go back and anyone else who goes in I can’t imagine would either.
Desired outcome: Get them more help and clean the place up. If the health dept goes in I can’t believe you’d pass.
3 piece combo
I am a flight attendant that passes through Atlanta Hartsfield gate B 13 very regularly, and I’ve always ordered the three-piece combo with a biscuit as a side item replacement. Today I was told no, absolutely not at the rule had changed
I do not like any of your side items, most of them are high in calories where is your biscuit is two dollars cheaper than any side item, and has less calories why can I not get a biscuit instead of a side item? And why do the employees have to be so rude about it to include the manager who had the worst attitude of them all

waited for over 30 min on my food and there was about 10 other people there that had been waitting even longer one man asked were his order was had ordered on line and been there about 40 min and one of the staff yelled [censored] you to the customer it was around 9:10 pm so you can look it up on the cameras was the rudest iv ever seen ...and the food I got looked and tasted like crap the rice was either old or not cooked correctly and didnt even get the right amount i order the whole meal tasted like crap we go there at least 4 times a week I would like a refund on the 30 dollors worth of food i orderd and this is not the first time this has happened you should be ashamed of the store with your name on it. even the manager there was a [censored] he herd what she said to that man and denied hearing it

Extremely slow drive thru customer service
I decided I had a taste for some Popeyes Chicken on Wednesday, April 5, 2023. I drove from my residence in Westside of Tuscaloosa to Northport Popeyes Store # 10576 thinking that the service would be better on the other side of town as I have experienced poor service before on McFarland Blvd. in Tuscaloosa. When I arrived I pulled into the drive thru and there probably was 2 cars ahead of me. I waited for more than 10 minutes to get to the window where I could place my order. No one answered immediately but when someone answered it was really quick and I just remember "Hold Please" There was a car behind me waiting that asked me if they had took my order and I said 'No, I didn't order yet. I said the service was "Sorry" to which the female responded "I'm in here by myself" and I said, "ma'am I can't see inside and I don't know if you're alone or not and I said to the lady behind me who said they got time to go back and forth with me over my comment. The lady in the car behind me pulled off and so did the other 2 behind her. When I got my order I apologized to the female saying "I wasn't calling you sorry personally I was commenting on the poor customer service and the long waiting time. I got no positive response from my apology and once I paid for my order I kindly said "Thank You". NO RESPONSE BACK TO ME. The Employee's name on my receipt is Tiana 70078. Its sad when I drive from one side of town to the other because of the reputation of Popeyes Customer Service in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

I love Popeyes Chicken! That is NOT the complaint. I visited the Cookeville TN store on South Jefferson Ave. quite a few times. Customer service continues its downward slide into the realms of positively disgusting and rude! Now, I get it; hungry people are not known for their friendliness. But, that's not an excuse for what I observed when I used the walk-in option instead of the Drive-Through. First, there were only three people working: the store manager, a cook, and one person at the drive-through. I resigned myself to a long wait time, as I wanted a sixteen (16) piece family chicken (no sides or drinks). Before I go further, let me say my parents raised me to always be polite in public and never make a scene. I always say "please" and "thank you," even when I use the drive-through. On this day, the manager (Chelsea Debruler) was on the front line, EXCEPT she was hardly EVER there! She ran around all over the place and could NOT be bothered to take an order at the counter. In addition to this, I heard THE MOST DISGUSTING language I have EVER heard at a public restaurant! The other two people were working as hard and as fast as they could, but she showed absolutely no helpfulness, courtesy, or COUTH! She was TERRIBLE! And she is a MANAGER?! Understand, I worked for various fast-food outlets over the years, even managed a couple, and I NEVER treated my employees in this fashion. This was in the middle of the day when the store was very busy!
Who in the world only schedules THREE people to work in a restaurant!? I assumed, since she was the manager, she did the scheduling, but she did a very POOR job of it. When I FINALLY got her to take my order, she told me it would be a 17-minute wait, as they were out of cooked chicken. I expected this, but I did NOT expect a one-hour wait time! Why? She never once called the order back to let the poor cook know to drop that much chicken. Needless to say, I checked my order before I left the restaurant, and it WAS correct and freshly cooked.
This manager, Chelsea Debruler, needs to be FIRED IMMEDIATELY! She is obviously incompetent and inconsiderate all the way around. As I've said, I have BEEN a manager in fast-food restaurants, and I would have fired her the first time I heard and saw her behavior! I felt completely surprised her employees did not walk out on her! They, bless their souls, took some pride in what they were doing! After speaking with several friends who also patronize Popeyes, I learned she has been behaving this way ever since she was hired! WHO, for the sake of all goodness, is responsible for hiring such a bad person as a manager?! Is there no one at your corporate office whose job it is to oversee employee reviews and fire incompetent and rude managers? Honestly, I could walk into that store and take over the management in about ONE WEEK! No one, and I mean NO ONE, should have to tolerate that type of person at ANY level of the job! Fire this person IMMEDIATELY before your Cookeville store has to be closed down. If she is this incompetent to the casual observer, I fear greatly what might be going on behind the scenes, so to speak.

This location has gone downhill ever since new management/ownership has changed. The product is not as fresh (usually cold) and the service isn't any better. They tried to cram 2 orders of 5 piece tender classic meals into 1 box. Needless to say we received less than 10 tenders, 7 to be exact. Also cold and old tasting.
Bring back previous owners/management!

Refund not received
At the beginning of March, I ordered food from Popeye's using the app and my card was charged. When I arrived at the window, I was informed that one of the items I ordered was not available. As such, I received a $15 credit. March 18, I ordered food on the app and attempted to use my credit. Instead my card was charged and the credit was taken. My ordered came to $16.05 because I ordered a shrimp basket, fish sandwich and two apple pies. When I arrived in the restaurant, the gentleman asked if I had two of each. I told him I only had one. He said that on his end it was showing two, but I only ordered one. I ate my food and reached back out via customer service on the app. I requested a refund because I was double charged, to which I was told my order cam to more than $30, which it did not, and I took a picture of my receipt and sent it to the representative handling my concern. When I told him I did not order $30 worth of food, he stopped responding and I have not received my money back.
Desired outcome: I would like my $15 back
