Popeyes review: Poor management

I went to Popeyes in rincon Georgia the other day and I witnessed the African American male manager constantly on his phone and joking around with an older white lady who kept calling her jackey so I’m assuming that’s her name. There was a very long line and they were just joking around not doing their jobs. It’s very unprofessional and I am extremely disappointed in the manager for a poor job at managing the workers and constantly joking around and being on his phone, instead of doing his job.

Desired outcome: A serious talk with said manager and very likely firing him, this is my first actual complaint but Iâ€™ve seen him do this on numerous occasions
