This afternoon (July 9, 2023, approx. 2:00pm), I dodged a pothole in the middle of the entrance of the drive thru lane to sit in the Drive thru for 30 minutes to get 2 chicken sandwiches. This particular Restaurant is very dirty and unkept. The speaker to order our food was dirty with bumper stickers such as F... President Biden. I wondered if the speaker would even work with all the wires coming from the speaker box. The windows at the drive through were also very dirty. and the window where the employee handed us our food was also very dirty with many stickers posted on the box. Had I not already ordered thru mobile app and paid with Apple Pay, I would not have waited or ordered anything from this restaurant.

I am so sorry to report this. Popeyes is a good restaurant but if it doesn't present as clean, safe place to eat, I don't know how it will survive.

Desired outcome: I would like the owner, managers, and employees to take pride in their store. Some things you can't change but being clean is easy and can be done. Fix things that can be fixed.
