My name is George Scruggs. I've had problems with the service of the Popeye's chicken located at 818 east 47th st. Chicago I'm 60653. On Jan. 1, 2021 at 7:13 I waited twenty minutes in the drive thru before I could order. I bought a 16 piece meal spicy, they have me mild, I asked for coleslaw, they said they didn't have any, I tried to buy Apple pies and they said they didn't have any desserts. I ordered from this restaurant before and they charged me for 4 Apple pies and Sent none. I want to be made whole, what kind of business run out of things on their menu. Ridiculous. I expect more from popeye's, my receipt doesn't have a store number on it!
