Popeyes review: Fast food

I have a couple of issues but my main one being the last 3 times I have been to this particular popeyes I was turned away at the drive thru speaker and each time for a different reason. The first time I was informed they had ran out of chicken, the second time was they didn't have any chicken cooked is actually what they told me, and this last time today I was told they were doing a shift change and told I could wait in the parking lot. I'm usually not one to complain but on the last occasion I decided I wanted popeyes so badly since I haven't been able to have the popeyes I had wanted the past couple times that I was going to drive all the way across town to yet another popeyes so I could have some Popeyes Chicken. I was very surprisingly unsatisfied with what I received..when I got home with my chicken I realized that it was very nasty the chicken strips seemed to have been old almost as if they had been reheated and we're dry and hard and I couldn't and wouldn't eat it and when I called and talked to a manager I was told I would have to bring the food back to them for them to replace it and with it being a school night at about time for them to close and for my children to be in bed I just threw it away and made peanut butter and jelly for me and my kids. I'm very disappointed in Popeyes this is not what I want to do is to be a person that complains but enough is enough I'm to the point where I may not go back to Popeyes again do unless I see a drastic change u have lost a loyal customer and all for the laziness of a couple employees I'm sure. Please take time to address these issues as I'm sure u will lose more business if u fail to do so.
