Popeyes review: Customer service

I've been to store # 11761 in McKinney TX. Four different times over the last two weeks. The store has been closed every time. The sign says closed at 10pm. I work second shift and get off at 8pm. 1st time I got there a 9.45, closed. Second time 9.30. Closed. Third time, 9.00, closed. This last time I arrived at 8.30, again closed. The employees inside the store don't even have the decency to turn off the outside lights or put a sign on the ordering speaker to say their closed. So, 8.40, after waiting at the speaker 10min and a line forming behind me. I decide to go to the window and blow the horn until someone answered. I told the representative that it was very rude and disrespectful to allow someone to sit there talking into a machine, knowing they're closed and not say anything. 8.30 pm, not 10 as the sign says, but 8.30. I informed the representative that he should at least turn the lights out, or put a sign on the order machine so people aren't sitting out there looking stupid, wasting their time when they know they are closed. At least put a sing in the window stating they are closed...
