Popeyes review: Complaining about service

This is the second Popeyes we have had here in Jasper Al in the past several years, the first had very poor service and finally closed after a short time. Well here we are again a new store opened in 2020 and it already has the reputation of giving poor service. Every time we go we are told to pull forward and wait for our order. It does not matter the size of the order or if there are no other vehicles. I was the only vehicle in the drive through and was told pull forward while they got my order together. About 20 minutes later they brought out the order and I drove home only to find my order was wrong. I called and asked to speak the manager, this man says he's the manager and as I was explaining to him about my order this woman gets on the phone and states can I help you. I again explained to her about the problem and she stated if I would return she would fix the problem. I explained that it would be a 25 mile round trip and she again stated if I would return she would fix it. It sounded as though the woman was trying make me believe that it was my honor and privilege that she was even talking to me. I will wait and see how long it takes for this store to close. I will not go back and I will drive past it to Lee's Chicken.
