I Veronica waited in line for approximately 35 mn.with only 1 car in front of me. /Six cars had left out if drive thru that was behind me . When I finally pull up to give my order / I was told to wait even longer / so I immediately got out of line to go in to get the number to Corporate and that was a problem . The girl that was working the drive thru window had much negative attitude . / I ask to speak with the manager and it didn't bother him regarding the young lady attitude plus he claim he didn't have a Corporate contact number very disappointed about not getting my food & poor service & attitude provided to a paying customer. I inform the manager on how they suppose to stay in business working in this manner...Thanks Veronica

On September 24th 2017 at approximately 12:20 pm, I entered the college square popeyes chicken and ordered a meal (order#35). I filled my cup with coca cola and took a sip, the drink tasted flat and oversaturated with water. I approached the cash and asked the cashier if he could give me a new coke as it tasted "gross" and explained why. The employee called the manager who said without trying it that I was immediately wrong. I said no, and asked for a new one. He then walked around the counter and filled a cup with the coke and showed me what coke looked like condescendingly. He then tasted it and said its good and I again was wrong. He did this loud for the people in the restaurant to hear to embarass me. I then said well my opinion is that I dont like it. He then said too bad thats the way it is and walked behind the counter offering no resolution. I asked if i could pay for an upgrade to a bottle which he said fine. As i did so another customer advised he also felt the fountain drinks were bad and the manager was being rude to me. He then told the cashier the root beer tasted water down. The manager sent the cashier out to taste the root beer and the cashier replied tastes like root beer to manager and the manager said I can do nothing for you. A third male moments later was complaining his side tasted bad and the manager said well you ate it, and that is it. As I ate my meal a man and his daughter spoke to the manager and the male left the counter shaking his head saying he worked in fast food so what the manager said was untrue.
I found the manager, a middle eastern male with black hair, and a bald spot in the center, clean shaven face, average build, 40s. To be very rude and belittling to the customers. He made a point to embarass and show customers they were wrong about their preferences on taste and he was right and offered no solutions. Very poor management and customer service skills.
missing half my order!
Friday October 22nd i ordered a 12 pc meal with 2 large coleslaw and that would come along with the 6 buns. Along with shrimp. We placed the order at 6:13pm and did not receive our meal untill 8pm.
Also we did not get out buns and the coleslaw where not the right size! I called them back and the said they would get back to me but never heard from anyone! I want my money back! Awful experience !
overcharging of food that should have been on a special price
I am writing in to complain about the loacation in Jacksonville Fl on Mcduff ave.You guys have been advertising the $5 box, however the person that took my order said it was no longer available and I was charged full price for 2 meals...not even 30 minutes later I go to another location and the sign is as big as day...$ 5 box ...This was a week ago and it still shows until this day that the $ box is still available...I feel that if it is available at some locations, all locations should be honoring it...
wrong chicken
Came to drive thru and was greeted by a recording immediately following the greeting was told one moment please I sat at that speaker for 7min finally ordered to be told we r out of mild chicken legs and thighs u can wait 12 min because that's all we have. This is crazy I came to your restaurant to be provided with product in exchange for my hard earned money. Now when I say this is ridiculous the girl said we'll we r almost closed so we don't have it u want to, wait or not I told her no give me spicy when I approached the window I waited there for another 3min and to put the icing on the cake was told to park and some. Would bring it to me 22, MIN LATER I KNOCK. ON THE DOOR AND ASKED WHERE MY FOOD WAS FINALLY I HAD TO REPEAT IT TO THEM AGAIN AND GOT MY FOOD THAT WAS NOT MILD IT TOOK ME 47MIN FOR TWO. MEALS FOUR PIECES OF CHICKEN. NOT EXCEPTABLE
lengthy time waiting without service
on Saturday 09/16/2017 at approximately 03:55:50 my order for two $5 boxes was taken at store #2099, Ticket #02-2842. My order consisted of two (2) $5 boxes with white spicy chicken and an extra side order of red beans. At approximately 04:21 the black male waiter asked me what I was waiting for and my reply was spicy chicken, at that point the waiter said it would take another 6 minutes before the spicy chicken would be . I asked for and received a refund of $11.05
the 4 $5.00 boxes that I purchased.
I would like a replacement of my food. I was given spicy instead of mild and I asked for fresh biscuits and were given old hard ones. Besides the old chicken that was fried dry it was some of the smallest pieces. Everything was placed in a small box so we did not receive the equivalence of a small fry. The gravy had more lumps than usual. There is no policy stating that you need to return the food for a refund or replacement and if the phone was answered I would have learned that. This is UNEXCEPTABLE that the manager stated she would get into trouble and there was nothing she could or would do. I would like for this to be rectified immediately.

I've been going to this Popeye's for many years. Within the last year this place has really gone down due to one of it's managers Heavy set African American guy, the worst person they could have ever hired. Went to this place one evening about 8 pm ordered my food waited 20 mins and was then told they were not cooking anymore chicken, I asked for my money back and this is oat the 1st time strange things have happened several times. I was in Popeye's once before and they were holding back certain items on menu for there selves watch them tell people they were out of items and then saw employees pack up those items for themselves. Will not go back to this Popeye's as long as big boy is a manager. He is running away a lot of business he should never manage anything. I complained before and he knows it that's why he told worker to not cook anymore chicken. He closes the walk in early, ignores people at drive thru... it's a circus at that place never again will i go... Found a better Popeye's

I was at a Popeyes location on Thursday September 15th around 5pm and purchased a five dollar box. The chicken was old and hard, it was horrible I could not eat it. I ordered rice and beans they were also horrible, the rice was old and hard as well as the beans. The biscuit was horrible too, they only good thing about the box was the cries. 3 of 5.00 boxes of chicken tenders
We went there last monday on the fourth to get 5.00 boxes of chicken tenders..we get home and my son's missing his fry.so I call and tell the lady.right after that I call them back because my daughter opens her chicken strip by breakng them in half and so we all break open our chicken strips and they weren't cooked sadly that was all too late after we ate one chicken strip..well we all got super sick.so I asked the lady to replace all three meals.she started arguing with me.also when we got there there was a Mexican lady working the front counter sick.we also paid for drinks.they replaced two chicken strips and gave us two smashed up pies.and the manager was yelling at me in front of my kids.this was at the Vancouver mall location.we also paid for drinks.i told her I think we deserved to have our whole meal together at the same time.and that the other lady wrote in the book.i think someone should do the right thing here.if I don't hear back from anyone I'm calling the health department.i have eatten at other poypees locations never had a proublems.my name is Adelia Yates my phone Numuber is [protected].thank you.i just really think me and my kids were treated really crappy..I work in customer serie everything so I know yr not suppose to treat people like that. Went through drive through had a 25 minute wait when there ones no customers inside didn't seem busy I've never put in complaint before and I'm a patient person but for this to happen with no one there is bad business and no I will not ever go to this location again and I'm sure this ain't the first or last complaint just letting Popeyes know u guys need to do something about this unless u guys don't want customers if I knew u could take picture or video would of done it
horrible customer service
I was in store #3584 Arlington, Texas 8:41pm. I was applauded at what I saw. First of all the restaurant was filled with smoke. The door was opened with a chair . The vents wasn't working properly and grease needed to be changed . The supervisor was on cell phone . The man at register needed ones. The supervisor talking loudly, he's giving out too much money, I just gave him 40 ones. The line was long, employee were getting orders wrong, ran out of Cajun rice didn't tell us . we had waited at least 15 minutes . The young ladies was playing around too much . One man had waited 25 minutes for his order. Another customer said, he would never come back to this location . Another lady and son left without ordering . Another lady said, she was going to call in a complaint. It seem like your employees need to be re train. Workers didn't have on gloves, touching their hair . It was a very unpleasant experience . I was totally embarrassed .

I ordered 26 tenders spicy and after 10-15mins the cashier came with 26 chicken pieces. We told her we ordered the tenders instead of the chicken pieces. She asked then if we wanted 13 tenders instead. I told her I wanted tenders . She then went and told the one working at the back that he customer changed their mind and wanted the tenders. You don't lie about your customers. And after waiting for 25mins she gave me the order without providing the sauces and says your order is complete. She doesn't know what she is doing there.
I don't need this kind of service provided to me.
rude employee was cursing
A young man in the batter station was very rude and used a lot of Profanity words. This is every time I come there. He never wears a hand net for his dreads and also comes there dirty. This is every morning I can not see how he is working or preparing food like that. This is the worst and must disgusting place and I'm not ever coming back there. He did came to the front to chat with a female employee I seen his name tag said Chris. He's loud and rude and doesn't keep his self neat. I called corporate just waiting on my phone call back this is ridiculous
product shortage
My wife drove across town to get a meal for our family of 6. She went inside the store as we ordered a fairly large amount of food. Before she left the store she looked inside the bags to ensure all the sides, biscuits, checken was there not thinking to actually open up the box of chicken and count out all the pieces. After returning home and giving out chicken to kids we were shocked to find that we were missing "Five" pieces of chicken. Called the store as I mentioned it's all the way across town, only to have the manager on duty tell us that if we drove back while he was still there he could give us a "Four" piece. I asked if there was anything else he could do for us and he simply said "NO". This is after I explined the distance, the fact that we both just got off of very long shifts from work and it was rush hour traffic. I UNDERSTAND THAT MISTAKES HAPPEN BUT I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE AND EVEN MORE DISAPPOINTED THE ONLY RESULT ! THANKS POPE YES FOR WASTING MY FAMILY'S TIME, MONEY AND THEN NOT EVEN MAKING IT RIGHT !

This seems to be never ending with problems at this particular location. Today August 23, 2017 I called the Peterborough Ontario franchise to order a pick up worth over $70. They told me it would be 30 minutes until it was ready. We live 20 minutes from the restaurant and it was about 15 minutes later that my son left to go get the food. He arrived about 45 minutes after my order was placed. My son still had to wait another 20 minutes for the order to be ready! There was not even an apology give for the long wait! This is extremely bad customer service!

On July 20, I came into your restaurant. I love Popeyes and had visited several times in the past. On this particular evening, I did not get good customer service, my wait was long, and I still didn't get what I ordered. I got on the corporate website and sent in my complaint. I had to put my name, address, phone number, and email address on a form before I typed my complaint. The next day I followed up with the general manager of the popeyes I visited. I then receive a Facebook message from a TJ Foolyon claiming that my complaint got him fired and that Popeyes had given him my name, address, and phone number so if anything happens to me or my house it wasn't him its, all a, set up. I feel as tho popeyes cares so little for their customers, they don't care if they put them in harm's way. You violated my personal information and violated your own privacy act. I have called so many times. Everyday. Just begging to speak to someone about this. I have since informed the BBB about this, and will be calling radio/television if someone from corporate doesn't contact me soon. Please... Someone at popeyes call me. [protected]. Absolutely my worst experience at a Popeyes. I was the only car in the drive though. The girl took my order then asked me to pull around. She then proceeded to ask me again multiple times what did i order again with and attitude because she continued to forget. ALL I ORDRED WAS 2 ORDERS OF CHICKEN TENDERS. NOT THAT HARD TO REMEMBER. After about 10 minutes of trying to figure out what I ordered she gave up said I can not hear you you have to come inside. I was already talking at the pickup window, by this point there are about 7 cars behind me. I'm Sorry clearly I came though the drive though so i didn't have to come inside. At this point I'm Starting to get irritated the manager finally tries to help out this poor girl out. They finally get my order in the system and tell me to pull around and wait. So I wait and wait and wait. Watching every car go by that was behind me. Hmmmm I'll be patient 15 minutes, 20 minutes.Surprise I had to go inside anyways, look at that my order is sitting on the counter, I notify the manager how unprofessional the service is here meanwhile the girl that been trying to take my order the entire time is looking at me like I'm in the wrong. No apology from her just a disgusted look on her face. And to top it all of they didn't even get my simple order right no hot tenders only mild. Needless to say I will never return to this Popeye's. I will be writing an email to corporate.

fruit pies
I usually get a pie whether it be apple or strawberry and cream cheese and the darn things are very spicy, I guess they fry them in the spicy grease from the fried chicken. I get my chicken regular and not hot but when I eat the pies they are so spicy I cannot enjoy them. There should be a grease for the pies only and not the spicy one. Who in the world likes spicy desserts. NOT ME!
