My rent is paid by your banking service. However, the last payment was not received by my landlord. Had to buy another check to payment. This is the second time time year this has happen the first time PNC paid for check fee. This time the branch manager seems to think he would be doing me a favor. He was disrespectful, called me by the wrong name and never introduced himself. His services were non professional and down right rude. I will not be going back to this branch because of Mr. Esmedin Patkovic Center Branch Manager and PNC can bank on that! Highly disappointed.

Claimed loss: Dignity and pride.

Desired outcome: You need to check your employees. This manager body language tells me a lot about his character and the fact that he talks down to you is even more evil. He is a piece of work.
