I have been a loyal PNC Bank customer for over 15 years, but my recent experience at the 13th Street branch, Gainesville, Florida branch was extremely disappointing. I went in to complete a business wire transfer and received an unprofessional attitude from the banker. I reported my concerns to the branch manager, but nothing was done.

I asked several times, including calling the bank afterward, whether my wire transfer had gone through and was repeatedly told yes. I later discovered that the transfer was never completed, causing serious inconvenience and delays for my business.

After more than 15 years as a customer, I expected much better service, accuracy, and accountability from PNC Bank. This experience has seriously affected my confidence in this branch.

Recommendation: Definitely would not recommend any business partners to do banking with PNC.
