PoF.com / Plenty of Fish review: Never cancel my sub

I've been trying to cancel my subscription for days and all the ways and guidance they have on the website doesn't work and when I try to contact them it never works, i've completely abandoned the website and have no interest in helping users, I was charged again and they didn't answer me and didn't cancel my account and supposedly I will be charged again next month, even though I don't even use the application anymore. Total lack of respect.
