Rip off!!
I have been playing Bingo Blitz since 2011and have spent thousands of dollars with this company until last month! They do nothing but rip you off! People only playing a year get VIP status and I've been playing 12 years! NOT HAPPY! Iwant ALL my money back! The attachment shows you EXACTLY what I'm talking about. And my status points are supposed to carry over and never do!
Desired outcome: Full refund of all the money I have spent!
Slotomania games not purchased
On January 8, 2023 I purchased coins for Baba slots in the amount of $9.99 which was received but when I checked my bank account I was charged for 2 Slotomania purchases from November 23 or 28, 2022; I did not make those purchases. iTunes declined to refund. I do not leave credit or debit cards on file. November purchases have been deducted but the card charged did not exist in November.

I played the free tournament every day! And when I had time played some other games too. I did a live chat twice trying to get my account back They could not help me because I did not have a user password I signed in as a guest when I started playing Bingo. The game is a scam to steal money from people.
I will admit that I have paid a few times or more to play this game slotomania in the process of playing the game I start losing all my earnings instantly after paying for diamonds or some other item. I have reached out to the tech support for slotomania about how to game plays on my devices but different on my wife device, she can play daily and not have to spend a dime I can only play if I spend $3 on a piggy bank or $4.99 to get more coins and I lose it all instantly. Each time I reached out to the tech people they are very unprofessional and say it's a game up chances which it isn't they have their pics of the people that they want to win and I believe that they use Facebook to make that choices. In my opinion I think the designers of this game are biased and who can enjoy this game and who won't enjoy it and as long as we're stupid enough like I have been they're going to keep stealing money and causing frustration. I've uninstalled the game but my heart is so hurt that this kind of crap is going on I recommend to anyone new to this game do not trust it it's all a scam. I want to give you an example My wife was playing a game and she hit big and it was 5 zillion which she didn't get she reached out to tech support within 20 minutes the money, coins was up there I hate to use race as an issue but it's true and we both witness it she's white and you can guess what I am why am I not happy playing slotomania.
Desired outcome: I don't want nothing to do with them because there liars.

Slotomania advertised that if we purchased $20 in coins they would send us 1% of our total winnings for the day. They gave .[protected]% instead and they refuse to address the issue. This happens a lot with them.
I played for 8 hours at 10 trillion a spin..I won about 800 quadrillion but they sent only 9 trillion.
I have sent numerous emails but they refuse to contact me back. Considering the millions of players this money they earned would be many millions.
They are scamming American citizens and they don't care.
Desired outcome: I want the correct amount that I paid for funded to my account!

Playtika is a horrible company. They are very greedy and only want to scam you out of your money. I am cautioning anyone who reads this to be careful doing business with them because they are very shady. I went to make a purchase the other day (11/24/22) and it froze. My purchase didn't appear to go through so I re sent it. Unbeknownst to me it went through twice, and when I contacted them for a refund they said too bad they were keeping my money (not a small amount of money either) because I had continued to play the game afterwards with some of the credits I had purchased. Please note, that my account has more than a sufficient amount of credits to take back and give me my refund, they just don't want to. I also want to note that when I contacted them about this through text chat in the game they were very condescending with the lady saying things like "sorry hun", and addressing me as "my dear" with sad face emojis while telling me they won't refund the unauthorized purchase. So completely unprofessional and uncalled for. They will steal your money and not give it back, and if you don't spend with them you wont have enough credits to play.
Desired outcome: I want my money back, but that obviously isn't going to happen so I will use up all the credits I have left then close out the account and never spend another dime with them ever again.

On 29th November 2022 Slotomania brought out a new jackpot feature in a few of its games.. several players won big, including myself, after a few hours the jackpots had gone.. and on 30th November they took back all what was won from the jackpots but some kept a “compensation” which was pitiful. Their other mistake was changing the sloto quest payouts., while players were playing it! They made the mistakes but us players have to suffer!

I have recently purchased 2 promotions neither of which have been paid, gems eye on the prize spin and super sized wins? this is a joke and no one can tell us when it will be paid and resolved. You cannot and should not be allowed to run a business that does not provide their customer with what they purchase. This game lacks integrity and should be shut down.
Desired outcome: I want what I paid for, why is this so difficult. If you cannot supply what I have paid for I deserve a refund, it is not that difficult. This game needs to shut down for good, lacks integrity.
Purchase for bingo blitz subscription
I make a purchase for $14.99usd for bingo plus subscription 11/18/2022, however I did not get the service.

On the 10 November 2022 The Samsung Tablet I was using to play Playtika`s Ceasars Slots, software had to be reinstalled as the game was not updating. As a result, in the process of installing new software, the game was lost. I have tried to reinstall it on the same device without any success. The was over [protected] credits / coins on the game.

unauthorized withdrawals
Playtika Account number 1246530. Its been 90 days now and I have not received my refund from August 10th when Playtika took $556.65 worth of withdrawals out of my account. I believe they were having computor problems as the game just kept paying and paying credits. It was not until later that day I checked my bank account and found out they were taking money out of my account.

Unable to play June's Journey on my . I obviously not the wrong button
I accidentally chose this as I thought it was something else. Now I cannot access my June's Journey on this Kindle. I am 70 years old and after a severe fall last year...fell flat on my face. Had concussion, brain bleed, broken nose and hand. My motor skills are not as sharp as they used to be. Guess that is way I picked the wrong option on this game. I have played June's Journey on this for a long time and now I can't, because I got confused. Why can't you let me play my game on my Kindle? Or at least give me an option to put it back on my Kindle where I can play. I have tried but your option is not working.

Let me start by saying that it is unethical not to get a response from a company that is supposed to respect their customers. For over a week now I have been explaining to them about a problem I have with the payments I have to them and they don't bother to answer. I even asked to speak to a superior and he didn't even bother to answer. The fact that I ended up begging them for money is disturbing in the biggest ways possible and someone needs to take a stand towards them because already here it's about insensitivity, mockery and lack of common sense towards the people who pay for your game. I ended up begging them with my money? It's insensitivity in the purest possible forms. I hope that someone should take an attitude towards them if they keep saying that they will respond as soon as possible and that doesn't happen even after a few days.

I would like to make a complaint about the way we as players are treated by this group, i joined in the hope of making new friends and collecting daily gifts. BUT 80% the post are the same thing and if the Admin Andrea i think she is called doesn't like you or your comment you are blocked from commenting how is this fair? Today you removed the ability to buy power ups using coins so players are as expected a little angry so we go to the group to ask questions but are blocked or restricted from doing so why? I find the Admins and Mods for this group are extremely RUDE and very nasty especially Andrea she is the rudest person i have every met. If you are not going to allow people to have an opinion then why have a group like this? VERY disappointed and i am thinking of leaving the game all together :(
Desired outcome: Sort the group out these people have no need to treat or talk to people the way they do its disgusting maybe they need to be watched more and work on their people skills because most of them have none.

It's Sunday Sept 25,2022 @ 4:04 things took a turn for the worst while playing several of your games. I am still experiencing the same malfunctioning as I did in the other complaint form I filled out earlier this week.
Today I was playing the game called Gems of the sea at the time I mentioned above I had $ 12,168,946 coins in my account. I hit a jackpot which was $4,652
but when I pressed the collect button which put me back into the game to play more. I looked at my amount in my account it read12,168,946 please do the math for yourself. This is not a good thing I am now mad about how things are being operated

9/14/2022 Hall of Fun started refusing to fully load.
I get the initial opening page, then the white spinning symbol. Then a light blue page. There is a "wheel spin" symbol in the upper left corner.
This is all the info I can provide. I use other slot platforms and am not having any problems.
Windows 10 running on a Dell laptop. Everything else is working fine.
I have been a monthly subscriber for over a year and have not had any other problems.
This is one of my favorites and I hope you can fix the problem.

I am unable to plant and water anything anything to make meals.
This happened on the previous round as well, it was very spasmodic and only allowed me to plant and water for a short time.
I missed out on a lot of credits/coins last round and this round I am missing out on them entirely.
I don't understand why this is happening and feel it's very unfair.
If I was able to plant, water and seed I would at least be on the leader board somewhere, but as it is, I'm not even on it.
I don't have any dates for the last round as it happened for most of the round.
This time it has been since I gained entry into the garden.
I have made the first lot of dishes and have made 2 dishes from the second round.
One needs garlic and the second need tomatoes and dill.
I'm not going to be able to achieve these dishes as I can't plant the seeds in the garden for the plants that I need.
This is so frustrating and disappointing that I am going through this for the second time.
Desired outcome: Issue fixed and renumeration of credits/coins that I should have earned had I been allowed to plant, water and make dishes.

I've been kicked out of multiple rounds with my chance to win ungiftable pieces due to wifi or some type of glitch and i lose my chance to win that ungiftable item. If i get kicked out of a round with a chance to win such a hard item, i should automatically get that chance back when i immediately go back in to play. I've also didn't receive refunds from getting kicked out. Most of the time i get my refunds, but sometimes if im having connection issues i don't. I've also for some reason occasionally don't get the opportunity to buy a second chance to win ungiftable.
Desired outcome: FIX THE ISSUES, MAYBE REFUND SOME CREDITS I DIDN'T GET REFUNDED THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN.
