Pada 14 disember bersamaan hari ahad, saya dan anak saya telah mengujungi salah sebuah pizza hut di johor bahru, tmn century garden... Saya membuat pesanan pizza hut untuk bawa pulang, semasa saya order, restaurant tersebut amat busy... Tetapi casher yg bernama azyan amat peramah dengan saya dan anak saya... Saya jugak agak keliru hendak order kerana banyak sangat menu yg sedap, azyan dan manager rejap telah memberi saya idea hendak order.. Idea yg diberi mmg sedap dan saya puas ati, sementara menungu order casher beri saya duduk dan sambil bebual... Dlm masa yg dijanjikan pizza saya siap.. Dan manager tersebt buka pizza itu dan bg tau nama pizza... Saya mmg puas ati dengan service yg diberi... Saya harap restaurant tersebut akan megekal kan mutu service... Tq azyan and manager rejap...

mmg sesetengah branch pizza je yang ok
tapi branch pizza di the store sg buloh dan sri damansara sangat tidak profesional..
pelayan langsung xnak senyum, muka macam nak makan orang..
makanan ditunggu terlalu lama, sedangkan tak ada ramai customer dan staff yang ramai.
famly saya dah makan banyak kali dan banyak kali juga manager sudah dipanggil untuk aduan..
tapi. pizza hut cawangan sg buloh dan sri damansara adalah sama saja, xada perubahan.
tak profesional.

PEKERJA PIZZA HUT GIANT MELAKA PEMALAS DAN TIADA ADAB SERTA TIDAK MESRA PELANGGAN

Semalam saya telah menempah pizza crunchy cheezy yg besar, saya makan disana dan ingin mmbawa bungkus separuh lagi untuk family dirumah..semasa saya membayar..saya telah meminta pekerja wanita di pizza hut giant melaka tersebut (wanita berbadan besar) untuk membungkus makanan saya, dan wanita tersebut telah memandang dengan sinis bersama seorang pekerja?trainer lelaki dan mengarahkan lelak tersebut membungkus makanan tersebut untuk saya..pastu mereka gelak2...dan saya terdengar perbualan mereka yanag akan menyakitkn hati dan tidak menjaga hati pelanggan yang membeli...selepas itu, lelaki tersebut mengatakan..'dik kalau nak bungkus lambat lah ye.."..selepas itu saya hanya mengangguk..dan saya kembali ke meja saya..selepas terdapat seornag pekerja yang saya peramah bernama ayau di salah saya, dan saya tlah meminta dia membungkus makanan saya, dan dia melakukan dengan senyuman dan mesra serta cepat sekali...maka saya dapat membuat kesimpulan 2 pekerja tadi...adalah pekerja Yang PEMALAS

Hari ini 28 Nov 09 lebih kurang pd pukul 3-3.30 ptg, kami telah mengunjungi pizza hut terminal one Seremban. Ketika kami sampai kami lihat ada 6 meja yang belum dibersihkan termasuklah meja kami, tapi kami memahami mungkin pelanggan ramai dan kekurangan staf pula.Menu pun kami ambil sendiri.Kemudian seorang staf 'all-star' bernama Nur Hidayu datang untuk mengambil pesanan, dia memberi layanan yang kurang mesra sambil membuat mimik muka menunjukkan seperti kurang senang melayani kami.Setelah 20 minit menunggu, semua makanan telah dihidangkan, kecuali sup...setelah diminta sekali lagi barulah dihidangkan.Kami bertanya kenapa saiz pizza waikiki paradise itu kecil sedangkan kami pesan yang regular, Nur Hidayu menjawab, "Yang kecil je yang ada".Kenapa dia tidak menerangkan tentang hal tersebut ketika kami memesan waikiki paradise saiz regular?
Sebelum pesanan kami dihidangkan, ada sekumpulan remaja yang telah membuat pesanan, mungkin kerana terlalu lama menunggu...mereka bertindak meninggalkan restoran tersebut.Apa yang kami kesalkan, sekali lagi Nur Hidayu membuat kelakuan yang kurang menyenangkan dan tak professional langsung setelah menyedari pelanggan tersebut telah pergi ketika dia hendak menghidangkan air.Dia bertanya pada staf lain dengan nada yang kuat, "Mana customer tadi?Kurang ajar!" Membuatkan pelanggan lain tersentak dan terkejut dengan kelakuannya.
Apa yang kami tekankan disini, kami memahami situasi sibuk disitu, tapi tak perlulah berkelakuan tak professional begitu, langsung tidak menunjukkan mesra pelanggan.Ini adalah pertama kali kami lihat pelanggan tidak bising, tidak merungut, tapi staf pula yang buat perangai.Sudah banyak outlet pizza hut yang kami kunjungi tetapi ini adalah layanan yang terburuk pernah kami terima.Kami berasa sangat kesal.

Addressed to the concern in Pizza Hut Customer service, quality control and marketing department.

Today 23/12/2009, i went to a branch of yours at Lintas Luyang Sabah, Malaysia. It was supposed to be a fun family dinner outing but ot the poor service rendered towards us.

First, we waited for the breadstix for about 30 minutes to arrive untill our soup which was supposed to be eaten with the soup turned cold. It was better if the soup were not as lumpy as the one we had... the worst soup we had in any of your branch. Talk about fine dining food?

Secondly, the coleslaw which accompanied the rice and the deli wings was so bad that even a rat would turn it away. It was that NOT edible!

Never mind that we had our pizza a few minutes late... after we finished the pizza... we waited for another 10 minutes after the breadstix arrived when we were served the Lasagna... this after inquiring from the service crew for a few times...

It really boiled my blood that not even a simple apology given but a sour face service... and YET WE PAID FOR THE 10 %SERVICE CHARGE! This coming from a so self proclaimed "reputable" company QSR? The Mamak stall even offered better servoce and yet i am not paying the 10% extra charge!

My point is... you have such a big organisation with think tank in the marketing and research department and GOD knows what ever department... but have you ever tried the coleslaw? Or were we served the BAD and Expired over the term food?

I expressed my grouses to the shift Manager about all the above after going out for a smoke 3 times just to calm myself and being civilised... and fortunately he tried to apologised by offering some token or voucher... it was nice of him..but i declined as my purpose to go to your "dining restaurant" as you called it was to have a fun and cheerful family dinner... not expecting a voucher... its not the voucher i am looking for but the service that i paid for!

I include here my docket no 283197 dated 23/12/09 at 19:10:32, the customer count:4 at table 4!

PIZZA YANG TERUK DAN TIDAK SEDAP DI FIRST WORLD GENTING HIGHLAND

Saya amat kecewa dengan pizza " CHEEZY LAVA" yang saya pesan, saya tidak kisah dengan harga..asalkan sedap tetapi apa yang saya dapat amatlah saya kecewa...dari penang saya memang ingin makan pizza ini sbb saya memang peminat pizza so di genting memandangkan cuaca disana sejuk bila mkn piza yang panas mestilah best..tetapi apa yang di idamkan lain jadinya...dah la pizza x sedap, rupa pizza alahai x macam LAVA PUN...STAFF RAMAI TAPI SANGAT LAH TERUK...NAK KATA CUSTOMER RAMAI X LA SANGAT, MUKA STAFF MASAM N BILA MINTAK SOS PUN MCM KITA MENYUSAHKAN DIA AJA...TU KITA NAK BAYAR DUIT BUKAN MKN FREE...ALAHAI APALAH NAK JADI JIKA SEMUA CUSTOMER KENA MCM NI...DAN SELEPAS NI SAYA TAK AKAN MKN LAGI PIZZA HUT DI GENTING HIGHLAND...

SALAM SATU MALAYSIA!First of all, saya salah seorang pelanggan setia PH juga bekas pekerja PH.Saya bekerja sekejap kat PH sementara tunggu result SPM. Before saya kerja kt PH, yes I've sometimes complaint bout the bad service received from the PH staffs. But my complain is juz between me n my family, tidaklah sampai nak mengaibkan kat public. Tp, lepas saya baca komplen2 y sangat2 dahsyat ini, saya terpanggil untuk share experience to all PH customers. After u guys had read my words, hope u guys can think twice before posting any complain...
OK. 1st my question. Siapa yang harus dipersalahkan? Service staff? Kitchen staff? Manager? or the management team of PH (high organisation team)?
The main point bila customer k0mplen bout PH is about the 10% service charge that theY have paid, and so, they declare to have the service as much as they've paid. YUP it is so true, that they have their right to fight for their money. So we can say here(temporarily..Í havn't finish yet), customer is always RIGHT! But then, have you ever think, did 10% that u've paid is directly go to the service staff that have patiently entertain u? YUP! NO!. 10% that u've paid ofcoz go to the company's sales. Have u ever ask the staff there how much their monthly salary? NO? Then try ask them, and u might be shocked to hear how much that they get for the whole tiring days in a month. It is not reasonable for me, after working excellently for a month, give a good service to your customer, but then they pay you not as much as u expected. and the BEST part is, the customer, because they said that PH is an international restaurant cum high class restaurant (kind of), so they expect a high class service from the staff. FORTUNATELY, some of the KIND customer threat the staff like their maid, ask to do something that might out of their job area. So in here, still the staff shud be blamed 100%? Again, my advice, think twice. ANd dear valued customer, have u ever imagine how is ur codition after 8 hours of working, standing w/out rest, moving all around the restauran, giving the best service to your customer+hv to entertain fussy customers?Compare to u that working in office, remain sit and focus on ur PC. Which 1 is the most tiring? And what is your reaction when u are at the peak of tiring? What do you wish at this time?REST! PH all around Malaysia have many vacancies. I can say that most of PH outlet now are lacking of staff. That is why, staffs that are working now might do 2 or 3 job in a time to cover the lacking. and this is COMPLETING THE PACKAGE OF TIRING? So what more do you expect?Unless you have the will to work tiredly with low salary, come join PH crew...U're welcomed. (OK..JOKING..PEACE ^_^).So now, u have the time to think extra double twice, before make any recommendation. Recommendation is allowed/welcomed, but please be a civilised person. Do think what are you gonna be if you are on the same boat...

To 10% service charge: kalau staff Pizza Hut dapat gaji sikit and kerja penat, kenapa nak lepaskan pada customer? Pergilah report pada jabatan hal ehwal kesatuan pekerja Malaysia atau pakat berhenti kerja ramai-ramai. Sangat tidak adil untuk 'buat perangai' pada customer yang bayar RM 10-RM 20 untuk setiap meal. Anyway, I hate your comment. Terlalu angkuh.

Im kim loo kuang. last monday i went to pizza hut sg dua to have my dinner. i went to there around 7.45pm with my more two freinds. we get a good welcome from a malay staff. then we seated at the table num 15. after few minutes our order taken by a indian girl. bt what make me shock is the service on that day is very very very good. all staff are very freindly and my orders are be on time.the taste also better then before, the staff also busy with their work. iu feel something new from the pizza hut. its my 1st time has get a good service from ur pizza hut. we are enjoy what we order. we also give the balance as a extra tips to the casher. we hope that the service be continue as well as you all can. KEEP IT UP GIRLS...tq

Hari ini 9 Disember 2012, AHAD saya bersama isteri dan 2 anak saya sangat-sangat hendak makan sphageti / piza dan jam 7.15pm saya sampai di Pizza Hut BATU BERENDAM Taman Batu Berendam Putra dari Masjid Tanah setelah hantar anak kedua balik Kolej. Setelah hampir 15 minit menunggu tiada seorang pun pekerja pizza yang datang bertanya walaupun saya duduk berdekatan dapur yang mana pekerja sentiasa berulang alik untuk ambil dan hantar order.
Setelah memanggil barulah salah seorang staf pizza ambil order. Saya telah memesan sphageti/pizza/roti garlic/mushroom soup/coffee/air mountain dew/chicken wing. Dalam 10 min kemudian barulah dihantar air dan mushroom soup sahaja. Sehingga jam 8.20pm kami masih belum dapat makanan yang dipesan sedangkan 2 meja sebelah telahpun membayar bil dan 2 meja lagi dah habis makan walaupun mereka datang lebih kemudian yang mana mereka juga datang berkeluarga.
Kelambatan melampau menyebabkan saya tidak berpuashati dan telah memanggil Manager bernama LUZI dan jawaban sambil lewa dan penjelasan longgar beliau atas kelambatan tidak memuaskan hati saya sedangkan mereka semua sentiasa berulang alik lalu di meja saya dan saya yakin mereka sedar dan nampak bahawa makanan belum sampai. Saya telah membayar bil minuman / makanan yang telah saya makan dan menegur LUZI bahawa dia "Failed" sebagai Manager dan perlu bertanggungjawab.
Saya adalah penduduk Taman Batu Berendam Putra dan Ketua Kampung Batu Berendam, kalau beginilah sikap Manager bernama LUZI ini maka Pengurusan Pizza juga gagal dan tersilap melantik orang seperti ini. Saya berharap Pengurusan Pizza Hut dapat mengambil tindakan sewajarnya agar tiada mangsa atau kejadian yang memberi imej yang buruk serta mencalarkan reputasi Pizza Hut amnya.

kes saya pula kejadian adalah pada hari sabtu bersamaan 27 april 2013..pada jam 9 malam..kami adalah student di kawasan shah alam..kami menghubungi pizza hut di talian [protected]..dan setelah lama menunggu barulah talian kami disambungkan..tetapi operator yang menjawab paggilan tersebut memberitahu area shah alam dah diambil alih oleh pizzahut delivery dan menyuruh kami menghubungi talian [protected]..tp jawapan yang kami terima sangat menghampakan kerana operator tersebut menyuruh kami menghubungi talian yang telah kami hubungi tadi..dengan alasan dia tidak dapat mengesan lokasi kami iaitu di kawasan kampus sekitar shah alam yang berdekatan dengan stadium shah alam..disebabkan perkara sedemikian..kami rasa hampa dengan layanan yang telah diberikan dan ia membuatkan kami membatalkan hasrat untuk menempah pesanan di pizza hut..selain daripada itu, kredit kami telah banyak dihabiskan untuk menghubungi pizza hut sebanyak 3 kali..diharap pihak Pengurusan Pizza Hut dapat menyelesaikan masalah ini kerana mempunyai 2 talian bagi satu syarikat sama boleh mengelirukan banyak piahak..sekian harap maklum..terima kasih..

saya sekarang benar-benar dalam keadaan marah terhadap pihak restoran pizza hut di queensbay mall, penang..perlu kah melayani pelanggan seperti orang yang tidak mempunyai duit untuk membayar makanan yang di pesan..bayangkan! saya dan makcik saya duduk menunggu makanan yang di pesan dari 1.10 sehingga 2.20 petang..di manakah adab melayan pelanggan restoran pizza hut di queensbay mall ini..pelanggan lain yang datang lambat diberikan layanan dan makanan dengan segera..sedangkan kami berdua yang telah duduk di meja makanan tersebut hampir 1 jam lebih tetapi masih tiada makanan..layanan yang bagaimanakah pihak restoran ini berikan..semasa kami sampai di meja makan..meja tidak dibersihkan..sesudah itu mushroom soup yang diberikan kepada kami tanpa sebatang sudu pun..perlukah kami hirup kuah sup tersebut? saya meminta cheese powder untuk diletakkan ke dalam sup kepada pekerja..tetapi pekerja tersebut tidak memberikannya..very bad service la! tambahan pula..makanan yang di pesan banyak tidak ada..itu tak da ini tak da..then kalau semua benda tak ada..better close the restaurant..please ok..give them some advice or take any action to them..disebabkan restoran pizza hut memberikan layanan yang teruk..ramai pelanggan yang lari keluar pada waktu itu..can you see that..how bad their services? i'm done..starting from now i'm not going to give any chances to them anymore..please take your responsibility due to curb this problem TQ

25 julai 2013 saya pergi ke pizza hut taman perling bersebelahan pam minyak shell jalan menghala ke tol perling second link. saya ambil order pukul 6.52pm tetapi sampai pukul 7.40 pm masih tidak ada satu pun makanan yang sampai, saya panggil staff lelaki rambut perang, dia hanya sengih dan cakap ok2 sahaja tanpa minta maaf. tidak lama selepas ditegur makanan saya satu persatu sampai. hanya satu sahaja tidak sampai, grilled chicken baked rice.sampai habis makan masih tidak sampai dan semasa saya membuat pembayaran di kaunter, staff bernama scha memeriksa kesahihan apa yang saya katakan dan dengan selamba die berkata "staff kami telah tersalah hantar ke meja orang lain dan kami tukarkan dengan yang lain", saya tidak bersetuju dengan kata2 staff bernama scha kerana tanpa meminta maaf terlebih dahulu.saya harap pihak SPM RESTAURANT / KFC Holding mengambil tindakan ke atas staff2 di situ supaya perkara seumpama ini tidak berlaku pada orang lain.kawan saya pun pernah melalui perkara sebegini tetapi tidak mengambil tindakan untuk komplen pada pihak yang berkenaan.

Two hr ago I ordered a pizza hut, and the operate told that it will take 30 minute to send it over here at (address)No. 2, jalan 9 taman Putra, Ampang., but they fail their promises by send to my house. I had posted up my complaint in my fb not to support Pizza Hut anymore, not only my complaint, but also many customers complained. too bad to a consumers.

Try pegi pizza hut capital mall kuantan. Perghh... 2x mkn kat sini sama je xde perubahan. Hari ni lg teruk. 5 feb 2014. Aku duk sini dekat 2 jam ade 3 customer yg blah mcm tu je sebab xde saper service. Padahal restoran bukan ade org sgt pun. Aku nak order pun dekat stgh jam baru diaorg layan. Ade family cina masuk duduk kat meja yg xbekemas lg. 2 3 org pekerja dok borak2 je xlayan pun customer. Kene customer panggil br dtg. Pastu meja xkemas2 gak. Sampai aunti tu susun sendri pinggan br dia dtg ambik. Mgu dpn aku nak dtg lg nak tgk servis mcm mane. Kalau sama je mmg aku lembang meja. Bia diorg tau kuasa customer. Fast food xserve customer dlm 15 minit kite blh saman daaa...

Pd 26.04.2014 lbh krg jam 4ptg, kami sekeluarga tlh ke pizza hit cegn ECM Kuantan. Tlh mbuat order secara set serta 3jns side order sgn pekerja pertama. 15min kemudian sup&roti pun dpt sdgkan 10min kemudian br dpt. stlh itu semua order dpt kecuali spagetti(termasuk dlm set td). Kami bertanya kpd pekerja kedua & beliau maklumkan akan tanya kpd yg berkenaan. Hampir 30min menunggu, kami bertanya kpd pekerja ketiga ttp dmaklumkan bhw spagetti tsbt tiada...bygkan stlh 40minit berada d situ, br kami dmaklumkan spagetti berkenaan tiada...satahu saya sblm seseorg diambil bekerja d retpran makanan segera, mereka akan diberi traning dhl., .adakah slh satu traning tsbt untuk TIDAK memaklumkan kpd customer berkenaan samada mknan yg d order ada@tdk?

1 december 2014. 3:15 p.m . Saya pergi ke pizza hut kota kemuning, shah alam. Pelanggan tak ramai. Tapi saya tak faham kenapa pekerja pekerja kelam kabut semacam. saya order pizza 1 large dan 1 regular. Tapi end up dengan dua dua regular. Dia kata mistake. Okay boleh diterima. So tambah lagi 1 small sebagai ganti. Pizza yang saya order beef pepperoni dah hawaiian chicken. So yang small tu saya nak hawaiian chicken. bila dia hidang, saya dapat beef pepperoni. Apakah? And saya order spagetti bolognaise tapi saya dapat meetball apatah. Yang saya tak faham. Adakah mereka sedang mencuba kaedah 'try an error' ? Sesuka hati tukar order customer. Saya rasa ni paling teruk. Sebelum ni kawan saya complain, pizza terlalu banyak minyak. And ada satu malam saya dinner dengan family, ambik order lambat, serve pun lambat. Pelanggan tak ramai mana sebab at that time dah boleh dikategorikan supper. Bukan dinner lagi dah. And then pizza tu bawah dia hangus. Ingatkan ada perubahan. Rupanya makin teruk.

I ordered my pizza by phone around 8.53pm on 9 December 2014..the guy on the other end told me that it will take 30-45 min for delivery. It was delivered at 10.49pm..almost 2 hours of waiting time!

Petang tadi (25 Jan. 2015, saya dan family ke pizza hut The Store Sg. Buloh. Kami order set for 4 person (2 regular pizza, 4 mushroom soup dan bread, 4 ais lemon tea) and kid meal B. 5 minit sampai air and soup, 10 minit sampai pula kd meal..and tunggu lagi 30 minit pizza and bread tak sampai. Panggil staf dia..dapatlah bread..at last dah hampir sejam pizza tak sampai..anak yang kecil dah mengamuk lapar..dah 2 kali panggil staf masih tak dapat..resit staf dah ambil konon nak semak order tak sampai..so dengan bengang dah sejam saya pun terus ke cashier bayar apa yang dah makan dan Tanya kenapa lambat sangat...yang lagi sakit hati..sorang pun staf tak datang minta maaf ...lepas tu cashier kira RM51.00 (saya pun tinggikan suara Tanya takkan 4 soup, 4 air dan kid meal sampai RM51..sepatutnya kalau termasuk pizza RM80..barulah dia kira semula..dahlah tak minta maaf salah kira..memang teruk betul service and attitude Pizza Hut kat The Store Sg. Buloh..sepatutnya pihat management kena pantau..

DAH BANYAK KALI SAYA PERGI PHD BANDAR SRI PERMAISURI CHERAS UNTUK BELI PERSONAL PIZZA, TAPI TIAP KALI PERGI MEMANG STAFF KAT SITU CAKAP TAK ADA JE, KENAPA MACAM TU YE?..NAK KATA PERSONAL PIZZA DAH TAK DISEDIAKAN TAK JUGAK, SBB PHD PH TEMPAT LAIN MASIH LAGI ADA PERSONAL PIZZA..BUKAN SAYA SEORANG JE, KAKAK IPAR DENGAN ABANG SAYA NAK BELI DEKAT SITU PUN MASIH ALASANNYE TAK ADA..TOLONG BERI PENJELASAN.

Sebenarnya bayaran gaji pizza hut memang teruk giler.Bayangkan kalau korang dibayar gaji paling rendah sejam cuma RM4.33 sahaja. KERJA MACAM NAK MAMPUS GAJI KECIK SEJAM. Pe yang boleh dibeli dalam masa sejam cuma dapat RM4.33? Personal pizza pun tak lepas nak beli. Sebab tu budak2 yang kerja di pizza hut lama-kelamaan menjadi tak bersemangat. Selalunya cuma budak yang baru kerja 2 bulan je bersemangat then lama kelamaan jadi bosan. Sebab apa? Bayangkan gaji dapat kurang dari RM800 sebulan selepas ditolak 11%EPF SOKSO semua tu jadi nak makan apa bila dapat gaji sebulan kerja macam nak mati hadap macam2 kerenah pelanggang dan budak kitchen buat order banyak tapi gaji sikit. Kerja sebulan kumpul duit perah tenaga bukan main lagi tapi bila dah dapat gaji comfirm lpas bayar macam2 tak sampai seminggu dah habis dan menjadikan mereka dah hilang mood mereka bekerja. Aku salah seorang pekerja pizza hut sampai sekarang tunggu jawapan yang aku email ke HQ pizza hut dan QSR tapi langsung tak jawab email aku. Aku bersuara bukan untuk aku sorang tapi untuk semua pejerja sebab aku rasa apa yang semua pekerja pizza hut 1 malaysia rasakan. Kadang2 aku akan letakan situasi di tempat pelanggan dan pekerja tapi dua2 pastinya tak faham. Pelanggan tak faham staff dan staff tak faham pelanggan. Bila diajukan soalan kepada manager sendiri manager sendiri pun tak dapat nak bantu sebab respect orang atas la pe la mcm2 jawapan bodoh diterima. Maklumlah manager dah ada gaji atas 1.5k mesti lepaskan tekak sendiri dan tak fikir orang bawahan. Apa salahnya letakan gaji sejam dalam RM4.70-RM5? Sedangkan company menerima keuntungan sebulan dalam RM1++ +++ +++. Pihak atasan tak fikir ke staff bawahan macam kami yang membantu mereka mendapat keuntungan besar sebegitu? Apa yang aku dapat taksifkan orang atas makin besar makin kaya makin bodoh pemikirannya. Mereka nak loyalty dari customer tapi adakah mereka nak loyalty dari pekerja bawahan seperti merhargai mereka mengupah dengan gaji yang sepatutnya? Jawapannya pasti tidak kerana pasti mereka menggunakan aspek pekerja pakai buang. Jawapan yang terbaik pastinya kalau nak gaji mahal cari tempat lain. Wah jawapan yang profesional dari mereka. Tahniah dan syabas kepada mereka kerana menggunakan trick kepada pekerja yang telah mereka perah tenaganya.

Sy telah makan di pizza hut kota tinggi johor pada 30/8/2015 @ 3pm..sy telah membuat pesanan ala cart..ada diskaun 15% yang di tawarkan sekiranya membuat bayaran dengan card maybank..saya telah bertanya dengan staff bertugas yang mengambil pesanan, dan dia mengesahkan boleh dapat 15% diskaun tersebut.Tetapi apabila saya membuat bayaran, staff dia bahagian cashier memberitahu hanya kad credit sahaja yang layak mendapat 15% diskaun.ini bercanggah daripada apa yg di paparkan di kad iklan dan apa yang diberitahu oleh staff yang mengambil pesanan ...saya rasa di permaiankn dan di tipu oleh pizza hut.

Salam, sebentar tadi jam 9.41malam saya ke Pizah hut denai alam, system dine in order tidak berfungsi cashier nya dgn Rendah diri nya me minta maaf Dan suggest saya ke Pizza Hut subang2/Bestari utk dine memandang kan banyak masa lagi Dan jarak nya kurang dari 5 km dari denai alam, setibanya di sana jam 9.58mlm dan melihatkan operasi nya tutup jam 11 malam saya sekeluarga melangkah masuk . Seorang staff di situ memberi tahu "en nak order utk bungkus sahaja" makan di sini tak boleh sebab kami nak tutup sedangkan jam baru9.58am. Saya bertanyakan utk kami dine dia kata tak boleh Dan saya pun menanyakan kpd staff Lain dia kata boleh lagi encik, Dan bila saya menanyakan kepada reduan yg sombong itu lanats dgn kurang ajar nya itu dia menjawab nak mkn jugak duduk lah Dan berlalu pergi dgn sombong nya . Sebagai seorang yg di didik dgn penuh adab saya merasakan layanan sebegini Amat kurang ajar sekali, saya ber usaha utk memenuhi kehendak anak saya utk mkn disitu Terus meninggalkan PIZZA HUT cawangan itu dgn rasa terhina sekaliamacam kami nak harap sangat pizza atau makan tak nak bayar.
Saya amat berharap kejadian sebegini tidak berlaku lagi Dan meminta pihak pengurusan memantau agar ianya tidak berlaku lagi lebih Lebih lagi hampir nak menjelang Ramadhan tak lama lagi.

Pada 17hb jun 2016.. sy telah berkunjung ke pizza hut johor jaya bersama rakan2 sy.. tetapi mndpt lyanan yg sgt buruk sedangkan waktu tu sy bru je berkunjung ke sana... salah seorng pekerja bertnye kami brape org.. kami jawap 5.. staff tersebut terus bertnye pd leader dia.. tp jawapn yg dijawap oleh leader trsebut sgt2 kurng aja...leader trsebut hanya menjawap "tak ada kosong" .. sedngkn waktu tersebut byk meja yg kosong.. itu ke laynn yg kami terima sebagai customer...jgn pandang kami mcm kami ni xmampu nk mkn disitu... disini saya serta kn wajah pekerja pizza hut johor jaya tersebut..diharap dapat la mngambil tindakn dgn segera.. jgn smpai kerana pekerja mcm ni..perniagaan terjejas..kami hanya mahu laynn yg baek.. bukn buruk mcm ni.. tq

THE MANAGER OF PIZZA HUT SUNGAI BESI BRANCH (DONT REMMEMBER HER NAME-WEARING TUDUNG, QUITE BIG SIZE, EARLY LATE 40'S - EARLY 50'S) IS VERY RUDE. NOT FRIENDLY TO CUSTOMER. ALWAYS TALK BACK TO CUSTOMER. WE ARE PRACTICALLY NEIGHBOUR IN THE AREA AND THAT SHE EXPLOIT THE PUBLIC PARKING. MAKES IT DIFFICULT FOR US AS CUSTOMER AND PEOPLE WORKING THERE TO PARK OUR CAR IN THE MORNING AS EVERY MORNING SHE COME AND PUT CONE, BIG STONE OR EVEN A GARBAGE BIN AT THE PARKING SPACE. EVENTHOUGH IT IS NOT A RESERVED/PAID PIZZA PARKING.

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND PLEASE MAKES URGENT ACTION TO RECTIFY THIS MATTER.

pada 27 march 2023 pukul 6.58 ptg sy bersama kawan sekelas datang untuk berbuka puasa di pizza hut di petaling jaya ss14. rakan saya memesan menu creamy spaghetti carbonara. mula2 dapat tu memang kering sgt2 kemudian kawan sy minta tambah sos spaghetti tu kemudian kami dgr manager memberi arahan kepada pekerja pizza hut tersebut seperti ini "tambah sos carbonara tu pastu tambah je air" adakah ini cara menjual n jimat? kami byr kot bukan free
