I placed through the Pick n Pay app on Friday, 1 August 2025. My order, which included chillers punch, was never delivered.
I have checked the app and the status of my order seems incorrect, as it shows as having been completed, but I never received the items.
Please investigate this matter and provide a full refund for my order.

Second order number 4001030511 placed on the 3rd of August 2025 and i received my order with wrong sized item
