I placed through the Pick n Pay app on Friday, 1 August 2025. My order, which included chillers punch, was never delivered.
I have checked the app and the status of my order seems incorrect, as it shows as having been completed, but I never received the items.
Please investigate this matter and provide a full refund for my order.

Note : This is a second complaint /refund request from me .An email was sent and there's no update on the ASAP APP

First order number 4000994056

Second order number 4001030511 placed on the 3rd of August 2025 and i received my order with wrong sized item
