Hi.
On Friday 24 November 2023 I placed an order to be delivered to 33 Lucas Street Newton park port Elizabeth at 9h40 in the morning.
It was refreshments for our paying guests.
The app said delivery will take place 11h00-11h30. By 13h00 the order still has not arrived and our clients left very disappointed and angry causing me a big loss in money/income.
I tried calling and setting this poor service right but was unsuksesfull in my attempts with pick n pay.
Is there anything you can do to help with my already loss in income and most probably future business loss from this specific client due to your poor lack of service..?

Two missing liquor gift bottles
On the 28 October 2023 I bought 750ml Jack Daniels for R299,99 which was supposed to be accompanied by two small bottles of Jack Daniels.
I was not given the small bottles and on enquiring I was told there was no stock and that I will be provided with these in the coming week after I purchased the Jack Daniels. On the 4th of November I received a call from Solly indicating that gift hampers have not been delivered and that he will follow up with me again.
To date I have not received any phone call nor my two small bottles of Jack Daniels.
Please assist.

It has been 2 weeks since I requested a refund from Pick n Pay ASAP!
Since the 3rd of November till today the 21st of November the funds are not in my account.
For a huge company like this? I am ashamed I ever supported this company.
There is no service response or replies to my frustrations timeously. Replies are given 2 days after. Something needs to be done about this. You cannot hold my funds like.
They send me shots of the refund process, but the funds are not being credited to my account!
Claimed loss: R304.00
Desired outcome: Refund me.
Poor order service delivery
I'm residing in Glen Marais and all the time the bread is not available or even worse most orders are out of stock. The new app is worse and not user friendly at all. All orders are coming from Festival Mall and yet we have two Pick n Pay stores right in Glen Marais. This service around Glen Marais is poorest and mostly when orders are always not available, even when we have bought earliest in the morning. This is the second time complaining about your worst service.
Desired outcome: Fix your asap app and make sure all goods are available.

I placed an order Sunday mid afternoon 29/10/2023 and im still waiting for my dogs food. it is going on to 9am and the app is still stating "up next preparing your order" I use the app as I cant always get to the shop and Checker around me was full for the afternoon.. I regret ever using PNP asap, its not user friendly, you cant track anything on it and no one ever gets back to you, I cant even cancel the damn order
Incompetent customer service
I am typing this email in capital letters for you to understand I am furious.

I placed the order at 11:04, confirmed the change of address at 11:14.
I was assured that because my work address falls under canal walk as well, which is closer to canal work than my home, that it would be delivered to my work address.
I called again at 11:52 to confirm the address has been changed and the lady assured me yes it was and she would call the driver as extra assurance.
It was not!
The driver called to say they at my home address!
I called again and spoke to a young man who hung up on me!
I have to apparently reorder the order I placed over 2 hours ago.

Yesterday at 13:16.I went to Protea North Pick n pay.I needed to with draw money as little as R150.00.The cashier by the name of Mpho Mokoma was so rude to me.I greeted her she didn't respond.I asked her to withdraw she gave me attitude and tell me that she doesn't have money.Does the Pick n Pay staff go for induction? Yesterday I visit a outlet at Sam Ntuli Mall, the Baker and the store manager, under the instructions of Eden Park police, keep on selling me poisonous food's, I bought milk and fatcakes that had, something harmful in it, that makes my throat bleed, the manager before I let, held her hand on her lips as a order for me to shut up, it's now the third time I been sold that I been sold products that have poison in, I fear that if I continue to buy products there I might lose my life, I am going to file a lawsuit and sue the store manager and the Baker, because what they are doing is a crime, thank you for reading this complaint

On Sunday 8 October 2023 I visited the Bakery at Pick n Pay at Arbour Crossing, Amanzimtoti. I wanted to order a big Black Forest cake, and a Cheesecake with granadilla topping. The manager on duty told me that they did not have granadilla topping, so I settled for lemon toping.
I was given a paper to write my name, cell phone number, my order, and the date and time for collection. I did this, then I was given a receipt to go and pay for my order, which I did. I paid R250 for the cake, and R220 for the cheesecake (as per the slip I had to hand over back to the bakery). On the paper that is in my possession, I wrote that I would collect the order on 14 October (Saturday) at 09:00.
I arrived at the store at 09:10 to collect my order, but I could only leave the store at 09:40 because of the appalling service I received. 1st, only the cheesecake had been baked - with incorrect topping which made it look like the black forest cake. 2nd, no black forest cake was baked. 3rd, I was given a lame excuse that they could not understand the order. 4th, they told me that the person who baked the cheesecake was not employed by Pick n Pay. 5th I was blamed for the misunderstanding. I was confused as to why they wanted my cell number if they could not phone me to clarify the order. The level of incompetence and inefficiency is intolerable. I ended up taking a stupid-looking cake mixing brown and pink. I hate this store.

Poor customer service
On Sunday the 8th of October 2023 in the afternoon I went to Pick n Pay at The Bridge asked for R50 electricity from the cashier(and I paid with R200 then after I got R50 change back from the cashier because she had made a purchase of R150 electricity and thereafter she claimed that I asked for R150 electricity while I never did such as I only wanted R50 electricity because I was going to use the R150 to go and purchase my sick child's medication but with the unfortunate event I could not even be assisted with this issue even after a manager was called I was just told "sorry" and that I could not be refunded although it was their cashier's fault no amends were made I was just shouted at and told that it was a mistake . Never shopping at any Pick n Pay store !
Desired outcome: I would like to get a refund if how it's done I don't know but I need the money for my child's medication, I have a 10 months sick baby , I'm unemployed don't have any money .

PNP stated my exit as 30.09.2023 which is wrong- if they say this date
it means they owe me 1 months salary
this means my Provident payout is delayed for 3 mths
I just want my money, My money is delayed purposely, to prevent payout
i did speak to an Agent today 05.10.2023.
he said he only recieved the form today
HR is slow and does not help staff who struggles to get their money
also the form was incorrectly completed

I went shopping at pick n pay centre point milnerton bought eggs nd a 8 piece chicken braai pack on markdown for r59 a bargain though who wouldn't however myself nd family visiting the mall for the 1st time but we're more dissapointed never the less got to our department unpacked bags chicken were put in freezer...

I'm not okay. On Monday I sent my helper to pick n pay Birchleigh North with card to buy a few items. I didn't know she had never used a card before. The items costed R134 only. At the till she handed over both the bank card and Pin to the till operator. The till operator put the card on the machine and she is also the one who punched the pin. My helper then left the shop
1 hr 30 mins later I started receiving messages from the bank about transactions that have been made. There was a purchase of alcohol from Tops which was R16 000, a withdrawal of R3 000 and other items. Altogether the money that was used was R21 000. We quickly blocked the card. In trying to figure out what might have happened we realized the card that our helper had returned home with was not even ours. We went to the shop presented our case to the supervisor expecting them to reveal the cctv footage.
At first they said the supervisor with access to the cctv room is not on duty but they will check and send to us via a video recorded.
On Tuesday we went to the shop they refused to reveal the footage. Up to now they are refusing.
Help me guys what do I do next. I'm not okay.

I went to PnP hypermarket to return pants and there were only one person helping. On my left hand there were 2 ladies chatting, rather loud. I asked them if they maybe they can help me while chatting and Onica started crapping me out because why am I saying the word chatting. I was not aware that the word chatting is a bad word and that it would trigger her aggressive behavior. This is seriously rediculous and I think the people at the pnp paypoints are rude and does not know how to behave professionally. I honestly does not like to shop there and will go out of my way to not shop there again. I forfitted my points previously and wil gladly do it again because I cannot not support the rudeness. I will also share my experience with family and friends.

I waited almost 20min for the chefs to help me wit a slice of cake ,as I arrived at the cake window I found 2customes who were also standing there for service,they were helped after 5min,after them I waited for someone to help me ,the colleagues continued to chat ,a gentleman approached and they continued chatting wit him n helping him,I was still right there at the cake window still standing,they continued to help the gentleman which I believed he is their colleague who jst knocked off judging from their conversation,after a while that gentleman says to those ladies " u forgot to help this lady" n they started asking which lady,by that time I was already fed ,I left the store ,can

Today I went to Pick n Pay hyper in Durban North and bought lamb chops and oxtail when we opened up the chops to packet and freeze it smelled off I took it back and they refunded me. I then opened the oxtail tonight to cook and it smelled a bit funny but decided to cook it and see when cooked we tasted it and it was also off I am now very wary to buy meat from Pick n pay
