Petro Canada review: Bad customer service

My little sisters friend called to ask if the slurpee machine was still broken, she was transferred to 2 different people before the 3rd person answered. He thought it was a prank call and said that "he was tired of this and told her to f*** off" he then hung up. He called back ten minutes later and threatened to call the police if she didn't come to the store in ten minutes. She went over and he said that "this was a warning and the next time he would call the police" I understand that this was a misunderstanding but the way it was dealt with was very unprofessional.
