This has been an issue for awhile now where we cannot redeem our Petro points online for e-gift cards. When is this going to be up and running? When asked, their response is, "we don't know it is some unforeseeable time in the future". Extremely disappointing and frustrating when we cannot use our points. I needed this very much in helping me buy something and now, I may just end up paying the extra because I have no other choice. I can't wait till another month or two before it is finally fixed. I feel like Petro is not putting any effort at all to fix this issue and just taking it's grandeur time. NOT a happy customer at all!
Recommendation: Don't hold your breath on a early resolution.
