Pet Supplies Plus

When did you purchase a fish for my 5.5 fish tank that I had actually purchased from that Stow store. I was just browsing at the fish when the manager she came and asked me what I was looking for. I said a fish I told her I didn’t need any help that I was just looking but she continued on, what size fish tank do you have? What other fish do you have never been approached like this before this woman came out of the back, intending to be an [censored] to somebody after all, said and done she tells me I can’t purchase any of the fish because my fish tank is too small Wasn’t even allowed to buy a beta from a cup that they’re known for throwing in the trash alive, not even a guppy or a freaking feeder fish! I had to turn and leave because I have no patience for stupid people and I could not afford to lose my temper. But I am super pissed because that is my home town store. I’ve been going to for 25 some years I’ve purchased numerous animals there, not to mention my guinea pig I just got a couple years ago that was covered in mites and ringworm, so now I’m just curious and want to know what the hell I’m supposed to put in my fish tank that I bought from that store which shows on the box neon fish Guppies I do believe black mollies, so what the hell? I’ve tried numerous ways now to get a hold of somebody and I’m getting nowhere. I really didn’t appreciate this young manager trying to belittle me in front of my company and everybody else at that store. I would like to see some actual progress here because they really lost a good customer, I spent a lot of money at that store. It would be basically false advertisement. You can go in the store and buy fish tanks and fish bowls but then what you’re not allowed to buy any fish to go in it? This is the biggest bunch of [censored] I have ever had to deal with.

I went to Pet Supplies Plus and it was a nightmare for me and my dog. The people there had really bad attitudes and the service was so slow. I don't have any positive things to say about them. It was a really bad experience.

So I took my pooch to Pet Supplies Plus in Waxahachie, TX and it did not go well. When I picked my furry friend up after their grooming session, they had some razor burn going on. To make matters worse, the owner didn't even say sorry or try to offer me any kind of compensation for my dog's discomfort. I was pretty disappointed with the whole experience, to be honest. Just be aware if you're thinking of taking your pet here for a trim or wash.

I went to the store called Pet Supplies Plus and I gotta say that the peeps were real nice to me. That's why I gave them one star. They deserve some credit for that. But here's what really grinds my gears - they sold me a hamster that just wouldn't stop coughing. That poor little fella only managed to live for 5 days before he finally went to rodent heaven. I was real upset to see that happen, especially when I paid good money for that guy.

Honestly, I was hoping to have a good experience there because everyone said it was a great spot to get some kibble for my furry friends. But seeing how they sold me a sick pet, I'm not too sure I can trust them anymore. It's not like I'm asking for a lot, just a healthy animal that I can love and take care of for years to come.

Maybe I'll give Pet Supplies Plus another chance, but we'll see. I don't want to spend my money on pets that won't even last a week. It makes me question their judgement, ya know? Like, if they're willing to sell me a sick hamster, what else are they hiding?

Overall, I'm not too happy with my experience at Pet Supplies Plus. They were friendly, but that's not enough to make up for a sick pet. Maybe I'll try a different store next time and see how that goes.

Pet Supplies Plus got this new manager named Isabella who's got some real weird policies. She says that crippled dogs should be leashed when you're walking around the store. I don't get it. Does she want us to drag the poor pup around on the ground by their neck? Or just leave them in the hot car? That's just plain heartless if you ask me. It's like she doesn't have any care for the pets or their owners.

But you know what, aside from that, Pet Supplies Plus is still pretty good. They've got a wide selection of pet foods, toys, and stuff like that. I always bring my golden retriever here to pick out his treats and he loves running around the store. And the staff are always really nice and helpful, except for Isabella of course.

One thing that kinda bugs me though is that the prices can be a bit steep. I mean, I love spoiling my dog, but I don't want to break the bank doing it, you know what I mean? So I do wish they had some more affordable options.

All in all though, I'd still recommend Pet Supplies Plus. Just watch out for Isabella and her weird leash policies.

Been goin' to Pet Supplies Plus for a hot minute now. Got me a big ol' dog that needs a lotta care and they always had what I needed. But then they went and changed a dang policy. Used to be I could get as many towels as I wanted, but now they're only lettin' me get two. Even if I wanna buy 'em! What am I supposed to do with just two towels for my big ol' pooch that's scared of the dryer? It's got me majorly peeved and I ain't gonna be a customer no more. Gonna leave 'em a review or two so they know how I feel. Shame it's gotta be like this.

Pet Supplies Plus is my go-to store for everything my pets need. From cat food to toys, litter, and treats, they have it all! Plus, the best part about shopping here is the rewards program. Every time I make a purchase, I earn points that can be redeemed for free bags of food and boxes of litter. It's a great way to save money and keep my fur babies happy.

But, I have had a few issues with their coupons. Even though I received them in my email and through the mail, they would not honor them and even accused me of fraudulent activity. It was frustrating because I was just trying to save a few bucks and stay within my budget. I had to contact the Better Business Bureau to resolve the issue.

Despite this hiccup, I still love shopping at Pet Supplies Plus for their high-quality products and friendly staff. The store is always clean and well-organized, making it easy to find everything I need. Plus, they offer a variety of brands and products, so I can always find what works best for my pets.

Overall, if you're a pet owner, I highly recommend checking out Pet Supplies Plus. Just be sure to keep an eye on their coupon policies!

Returned unopened puppy training pads. 14 dollars. They insisted on returning it to my debit card. That is what they say they did! My bank has no record of the transaction. I was not told to expect a delay in the funds being returned to me! Still waiting. Giving them 5 days then I am contacting BBB and make complaint at local police department.I will just choose to do business at Petco.
