I recently visited Pet Supplies Plus and I am thrilled to share my overwhelmingly positive experience. From the moment I walked in, I was met with such warm hospitality. The manager, Nia, in particular, truly excelled, demonstrating remarkable patience and a genuine passion for helping customers. Her friendliness and wealth of knowledge create such a comfortable and enjoyable shopping atmosphere. I am incredibly grateful for her exceptional service and outstanding customer care.

Before Nia came along PSP East Greenbush was a total disaster. Aisles were cluttered and most of the time you couldn't find staff to help you. Under Nia's management PSP East Greenbush has become my go to place for pet supplies.
