Unauthorized credit card charges
hey [censored]ers. I just checked my bank account and it says that "pdf filler", which is a service I only used once almost a year ago using a free trial, charged me for almost 100 dollars? I REQUIRE a refund right now! Here I am, trying to save up for a new car and I find out that these absolute degenerates charged me without sending any sort of email and notification or anything. I need my money now!

Unauthorized Charge on my Credit Card
In auditing my credit card, I recently noticed a recurring charge purchase in the amount $30.00 from PDF Filler and upon further investigation learned that this charge began in August 2020 and continued through Jan 2021.
After review of my PDF Filler Account(per their web site) - the "Free PDF Filler Account" that I have which has "No Active Subscription" status has cost me to date a total of $180.00.
The PDF Filler Web Site lists its most expensive plan, the Premium Plan as a cost $15.00 per month.
PDF Filler is charging my credit card without my authorization a fee of $30.00 per month for a free subscription plan.
I have reached out to PDF Filler and have had no response.
Desired outcome: I want my money refunded back to me and no further charges placed on my card.

Unauthorized credit card charge
I had a free trial and was charged before having a chance to cancel it and was charged more money than I was made aware of. There was also no information indicating the charge would be in USD so even if I had missed some fine print about an entire 100.00 YEAR LONG subscription, I was still charged 40.00 more than the amount that would have been stated due to the exchange rate.
I never would have opted for a full year subscription as I only wanted to try PDF filler out.

I contacted online customer support via the chat box and explained my situation. The individual responded quickly and provided me with a refund without any further questions asked. It was a huge relief and I would absolutely access PDF Filler again in the future due to how they handled this situation.

Hi, I had made a free account on PDF Filler and I then got a charge on my bank card of 108USD, please give me back my money.
I canceled my subscription when I saw the charge was going to go through, I had a free subscription and I never even used this account, I never committed to paying such an amount.

double charging for services
Jan 5, 2020 charged $120.00 on one card and on Jan 14, 2020 charge 120.00 on the other card on file.
Jan 4, 2021 charged $120.00 on one card and Jan 5, 2021 charged $120.00 on the other card on file.
I talked to live chat apparently they don't understand English but, All she wanted to do is cancel my subscription and stated that I could only get my money back with the 180 day guarantee.. Hold up your double charging me for my service and refused to refund the money. So why can't refund both these years charges because I paid for this year last year. Kristen all she wanted to do is cancel my subscription. Then she stated you have two accounts NO I DON'T it states that I can share my account with up to 4 others. Now she also tells me that there is no way to remove my personal information CC information from their site that is not an option for me all I can do is cancel my subscription to remove the information. What kind of company does this? All I want is my $240.00 is due to me and get my CC information off their site so this can never happen again. I guess I am gonna have to file a complaint also with the FCC for theft.

Thieves and they will not let you remove your CC all you can do is cancel your account to get them removed then your out the money they have already charged you because they haven't followed through with anything they said they would do

I used PdfFiller for a one time use and now I have a bill from them for $102.34. I did NOT ask for a subscription. I have no way to call them, or contact them on line.
I don't have a app for them and I cannot find a phone number to call. All I can find is to fill out a form and send to them. I want to know how I even got on the subscription since I just needed a one time use.

Billed without permission or subscription
I was billed $120 at 4 something in the AM. I don't use this service. I have no subscriptions to this service. How do I get my money back? My bank says I have to wait until the charge goes from pending to charged. This company is a scam of one kind and I want my money back. I don't even know how they go my PayPal information to Bill me.

Unauthorized charge to my bank
When I woke up this morning 11/29/2020 at 8am and checked my phone, I've seen that I been charged $96 from PDF9FILLER6172061162 around 5am. I didn't know where this purchase was coming from I wasn't sure if that was an actual company or if I was being scam in Dione way until I searched it up on google. I've never made that purchase I wasn't even awake when the purchase was "approved".

The void transaction took place on October, 30. Since this was a voided transaction and not a refund - most probably, you won't see it as a separate line in your bank statement. But this would depend on a bank, actually, please double check with yours.

Just saw that my cc was charged last 3 years for $360.00 fee.
I don't remember to use this program and I called in this morning to find out what's going on.
I've been told that I was charged maybe because I enrolled for a free trial and then automatically they charge fee.
I browsed on line and found that PDF Filler is a big SCAM company seeing so many complaints on BBB.org.
I was very frustrated about the way PDF filler are doing business with inocent people unaware about this enormous charges/scam.
I'll be contacted my attorney about that immediately.

Unfair charge
Pdf filler credited 180.00€ from my account without my authorisation. I was not informed about it prior nor I received any kind of notice. They were suposed to send an advice notice before the end of the one month free suscription. Charging my account for an annual subscription without my knowledge and consent is a scam. Charging someone 180.00€ for a single time use which was eventually aborted is the biggest rip off.

Unauthorized bank account charges.
$20.00 charges were being drawn monthly from my account beginning January 2017 and ending February 2020. These were unbeknown to me since due to a family hardship I had someone else helping me with reconciling my bank account.
I am now back to doing my own finances and as I was checking my bank statements I discovered these charges. I went yesterday, September 24, 2020, and spoke to my bank and I was told I needed to contact the source of the charges.
I have all the bank statements for the years mentioned above in which these charges appear, a total of 26 pages. Since these contain personal information I do not want to send copies. Please advise an alternative method. Perhaps request verification from bank?
PDF... Filler gained $520.00 from my account and I lost $520.00 for something I did not request and have absolutely no use for.
I am requesting the total of $520.00 be refunded to my bank account.

Fraudulent advertising, sneaky charges to credit card, no customer service
I help indigent people who cannot afford an attorney, with their legal paperwork. Needless to say, I don't make money doing this. I needed a form and signed up for the "free trial," I did not sign up for a yearly subscription, I could not afford the $96. charge! I trusted the web sites claims that I was getting a free trial which could be cancelled, however they frauded me and took my money. The website gives no ability to complain, or rectify billing mistakes/disputes. This has devastated me, and now will affect my ability to want to help others. I feel traumatized by this company. They trap you and then give you no voice to ask for help. You also cannot remove your credit card from their site, so this further traumatizes you. When I called my bank I was told I would have to suspend my card, but I needed my medication, so I couldn't do that immediately, which gave me sleepless nights. All this stress from a company that should be kind to customers because really they are the top company people look to when a PDF form is mandatory. This is a giant that preys on victims and laughs.
