I bought a warranty from PC Richard for my computer for 5 years from 2005 to 2010. When the contract was over, I bought another one for 5 more years, 2010 to 2015. My computer crashed, I took it to the store like I used to do for repair. I've bought appliances from PC Richards on 14th Street Union Square on several occasions. Three out of three are faulty. They replaced the air conditioner but not without an nasty argument with their delivery guy who was aggressive and lazy and him just dumping the unit in the basement rather than take it away as was agreed and paid for. Dealing with the store on the phone is like something out of a bad sitcom. They all have a really aggressive truculent passive /aggressive attitude towards the customer (the person paying their wages!) I've never met such rude ignorant customer service people, management included, really poor. From experience PC Richards is a very bad company to deal with and I won't be dealing with them again. They deserve to go to the wall and should they I for one won't shed a tear.
