I purchased a Samsung dishwasher and the extended warranty in 2012.
The dishwasher has broken 7 timed and each time it had taken 3 to weeks. before it was repaired, the 7Th repair was due to an error message when. Called I stated the error message and was told a tech would be you Saturday between 7 and 11 am(this time was confirmed be phone calls and emails). I received a call after 10 am telling me that they would order. a part with out coming out and when the part came in 7 to 10 days they would call and set up another appointment. Meaning I am again without a dishwasher for 4 plus weeks. I will never buy another appliance from them or recommend them to anyone

I ordered and paid for in full a television (Todhiba model #50l1450u - msrp $899. 00) that was advertised in long island newsday on wednesday november 24, 2014. I received an email confirming my purchase and advising me of a delivery date on november 30, 2014. I received another email at which time i confirmed that the delivery time was between 12 to 3 pm on that sunday. My wife arranged to take the day off from work resulting in her loosing a days pay, but that was our choosing due to not having anyone else available to accept the delivery of the television. At 12;10 pm on the day of delivery my wife received a phone call from a representative named carol informing her that the television purchased and paid for was over - sold on the internet and was no longer available. With that being said she offered my wife a substitute (Toshiba model # 50l1400u - msrp $650. 00) . My wife refused to accept the replacement and the representative (Carol) cancelled the purchase immediately
Cancelled the transaction with out her concent. I have spoken to a supervisor britney who has no authority to assist any customers with complaints. I phoned the corporate office [protected] and spoke to a customer service representative who confirmed that the original order was cancelled and no longer available for purchase. He also was little to no help to my problem. I requested that pc richard substiture a model which was closer in price (Toshiba model # 50l3400u) to compensate for lost wages having my wife stay home from work. They refused my request. I still have not received any return phone calls. I guess that pc richard does not want to make good on a newspaper advertisment.

I bought a warranty from PC Richard for my computer for 5 years from 2005 to 2010. When the contract was over, I bought another one for 5 more years, 2010 to 2015. My computer crashed, I took it to the store like I used to do for repair.
