Cocca's Appliances & Home Electronics

On 10/12, I bought a *** range # JGB735SP1SS, model # RR224627P from Cocca's Appliances, located at 158 Railroad Ave, #1, Albany, NY 12205. It got delivered on 10/22. On 10/29, a service technician from *** Propane came to hook up our propane to the new range. He managed to connect only 3 out of the 5 burners. One was stripped, and the other one wouldn't move, so the installation remained incomplete. We contacted , who directed us to Cocca's. Cocca's then referred us to Cocca's service, and Cocca's service tried to send us back to *** and Cocca's. Finally, Lori from Cocca's service spoke with *** and assured me that a new range would be delivered today, 11/6. No one called to confirm the delivery, so we called. Unfortunately, Lori no longer works there, and Adele, whom we spoke to at Cocca's service, wasn't helpful. I called Cocca's and spoke with Mike, the person who sold us the range, and there is no delivery scheduled, and nothing has been done since 10/29. We haven't had a range to cook with since October 12, and we've spent a lot of money on takeout. We're out $884.47 for the price of the range and $102.60 for the *** Propane service. It's likely that we won't have a range to cook a meal on Thanksgiving. This is not how you should conduct business. Bouncing customers around and making excuses without finding solutions is not acceptable. I want Cocca's to take responsibility and either deliver a new range to me in the next couple of days or come and pick up the range and refund me the money I paid, including the service fee for the *** Propane technician.
