iam a social activist and educator, and I travel backpacking, IAM not some honeless person with a backpack. I have 3 laptops and a Ecco Flow min battery backup.. I have been in Laguna Beach since last October doing my research on the growing Homeless or unhoused population in Orange County Beach Cities, and I came from Palm Springs, in July 3rd to Long Beach and then to Seal Beach, And NOW Iam in Laguna Beach..

I go to the Starbucks wherever IAM, unfortunately the Starbucks at 180 N. Pacific Coast does not have AC plugs, and IAM very welcomed there always and NO one would be RUDE and disrespectful.

Sometime I will go to the Laguna library and charge up there and do the many things that I do with 3 Facebooks and a extensive YOUTUBE. I do video documentary presentations. And IAM also a professional photographer and videograher.. And IAM also retired with over 20 years of professional private security.

So my complaint is about some of the employees here, and the Starbucms at this Pavilion store where I also do my grocery shopping. I asked once if I could have a cup of ice > and the barista wanted to charge me 25 cents and that is the most ridiculous absurd thing I have ever came across at a STARBUCKS... I will be filing a complaint with Starbucks corporate as well.

So I came today and the counter for Starbucks for guest to use is always occupied my Pavilion employees taking their BREAKS, They should have somewhere else for them to take their breaks,...

And they have seen me here off and on, for its not a daily visit. I really DO not like the way some of these employeeds act, Rude as [censored] (( ! )) sick and [censored]ing tired of it.

Today, one of the employees who has seen me here and know I also buy at this store, comes up to me and ask me if IAM buying coffee from this Starbucks and I said NO, I brought my coffee that I got at the Starbucks at 180 N. Pacific Coast. And then he says to me that the counter is only for people buying from this Starbucks. Well, I told him, IAM just charging up and then going to buy some things I need here at their store like a usually do.

Well NOW IAM not buying anything here, I will go to Ralphs Market and they can get my business and this complaint I will copy and paste to my 3 facebook to share and let people KNOW are it is here.

I will be leaving Laguna Beach in a couple of days for an photo assignment and then will be returning to Laguna Beach. If I choose to come to this Pavilion again and the Starbucks here there better be a change of attitudes with some of these employees and they need to have an employee lounge and no take up all the 4 seats at the counter.

Desired outcome: I hope to see some changes and no more nonsense from some of these employees at the particular Pavilion
