Dear Pavilion Representative.
I do NOT normally file complaints, but this is not the first time that an obvious case of discrimination occurred at this Pavilion that must be addressed and immediately stopped.
There are employees at this Pavilion with openly racist attitudes that MGMT is not hopefully aware yet must address. Store is located in a peaceful diverse Asian, Hispanic, White, Black, Brown and... Neighborhood with no place for extremes on any side.
A cashier tonight first did not wish to serve me and send me to a different register even though it was open; when no choice but to help, she acted rude, bagged my grocery wrong, broke a $10 bill for $0.10 without my permission (bizarre and boring story!)... This is not the first time with this cashier and I am likely not the only customer to feel racial bias at that Pavilion (Zip 92130).
Please address the issue. Thanks
Desired outcome: MGMT DIVERSITY & employee Trining or relocate biased employees to desired stores
