Panera Bread review: Watered down soup

I have been purchasing your soup from ShopRite. First purchase was Tomato Soup. It was so loaded with pepper it burned my mouth and I threw it away. Then I purchased the New England Clam, Lobster Bisque and Broccoli Cheddar these were all thick and creamy until last week. The New England was so watered down that it scared me so I threw it away. The same thing happened with the Lobster Bisque and I threw it away. Now I'm afraid to even open the Broccoli Cheddar. Who oversees the making of the soup and how does inferior products make it to the grocery stores. I don't think I'll be buying again.
