Today I was at Panera Bread store #203368

the girl with the redish pink hair...

This location is the worst! They never even say hello when you walk in the door. They also never offer to process an order. They force you to do the self service option of placing your order. I am an older senior citizen Not comfortable with computer stuff. I will never return to this location...infact, probably not the chain restaurant either.. if this is how your stores are operating these days.
