Panera Bread Missing gift card

I purchased a gift card on September 5, 2020. It was supposed to be mailed to me. It never arrived. I waited 3 weeks before got in touch with their gift card partner who told me I had to wait until September 25 because it takes up to 5 business days to received my card even though it had been more than 15 business days. I have tried to get back in touch with someone but al I get is a repeating message telling me how much I mean to the company but after 30 minutes of that I gave up. I want my $50 gift card.
My receipt number is 4AFRBHFQ00R7.

Panera Bread Promo code not honored

I ordered for rapid pick up. I ordered $27 of food. The promo code LUNCHBREAK is good through Dec. 31, 2020 for $5 off $20 order. The promo code didn't work. I called the store. The manager said that the store I ordered from is a franchise and doesn't honor Panera promotions. There's nothing on the Panera website that its promotions are only good at company stores.

I shared my complaint with Customer Care last week--no reply.

I called their Customer Service number and was on hold for 75 minutes.
I finally hung up.

I would like my $5 back.

Once again, we can't believe how anyone can stay in business with service like this. You offer curb side, with the "I'm Here" button and you still don't bring food out after 25 minutes of customer waiting in their car. Panera Bread Service

Everytime I go to the Panera bagel in Wausau Wisconsin they open late. They changed their hours from 6am to 7 am which is bad enough considering hospital shifts start at 7 am and there are 3 hospitals and multiple clinics by this Panera. They are late. They could care less that they are making people late and the person That is frequently on the register is Very slow and has a poor attitude. Please address this issue.

Panera Bread store in new hartford new york

I ordered on line on 4/9/20 @3:30pm to the Panera Bread in new Hartford new York. I went to put on my gift card and it didn't work. Fine. I called the store and wanted to place my ordered and pay with my gift card. Oh... you can't order over the phone so I would have to go to the restaurant and order than have to wait around for my order. Great. Thanks for being no help at all. Also, both the staff who answer the phone and the manager were rude.

Panera Bread catering order - order # was [protected]

To Whom It May Concern,

I hope you are enjoying a great day.

I would like to inform you on an issue that needs to be resolved, and I have been trying to fix it for a week now.

Last Saturday, I ordered catering for my husband's 60th birthday. The Order # was [protected].

When the delivery man delivered the meal, there were no salads provided as had been ordered. FYI, my guests included a number of vegetarians with special dietary concerns.

The driver returned approximately 2 hours later and said he had the salads. I did not accept them, as the meal had already been consumed by our guests - to include the dessert.

I called the Panera store later in the day, and I was informed that a manager would call me the next day and I would not be charged for the salads.

I was informed there was an issue with the Panera store having knowledge of my credit card number - apparently, only a general manager has that knowledge. The next day came and went, and there was no call received from a general manager. I called the Panera store again and was informed a general manager would call me on Tuesday. I did receive a message from a general manager on my phone, and I called back and had to leave a message since we did not connect. I called the Panera store again to try to resolve the issue, and was told once again only a general manager could help me - I have not received a call since the first attempt on Tuesday.

A week has now gone by, and my issue has not been addressed. I have been charged for the salads which did not arrive in time for the party. I was charged the full amount of the order, $744.85.

As a result, I am a very unsatisfied customer as I am sure you could understand. The Panera Brand is better than this. Your reputation for being spot on and courteous is well known. I have not been treated with courtesy. I have been overcharged as a result of this lack of urgency on the issue. Lastly, my guests did not get the meal I promised, and that is not a good thing at all.

Please help me resolve this issue, and call attention to the lack of professionalism I have been shown. You can do better, I know it. I love Panera Bread, and that is the reason I chose you to cater this very special family event.

Panera Bread Website Issue

Hello.
Received an email from you on 2/13/20 - Panera @ Home.
I tried to download the "Save $1" coupon for soup or mac and cheese.
When I got to the "print coupon", I received an error from Smart Source. It said:
Unknown Application error: Unable to proceed, Please try after some time.

I did reply to the original email, but did not get a response.
Can you help me get this coupon?
