Once again, we can't believe how anyone can stay in business with service like this. You offer curb side, with the "I'm Here" button and you still don't bring food out after 25 minutes of customer waiting in their car. Trying to get a hold of someone on the phone who actually can give you "Customer Service" is basically impossible and really sad. There is no excuse. Half the time our order is wrong with something missing. This has been going on way before the pandemic and it continues. As far as I am concerned Panara Bread is going down hill really quick and I will make sure the word gets out there on how horrible the service is. I have run my own business for 30 years. I would have been bankrupt a long time ago if I ran it this way. It is definitely not worth the price to keep coming here. It's a shame, we were so excited when they came to our town now I can't wait for them to leave. Go ruin some other town. Better yet go back and get the correct training on customer service for all of your employees.
I love the prattville panera ! The staff is amazing so is the manager+ he brought my order to our table on the patio ! It is the only restaurant I use during this pandemic!
