Panera Bread review: Attitude

I just left a complaint about the POOR SERVICE we received at cafe # 202786, Martin Downs, Fl but I forgot to list the receipt number 451422. To tell you again what this was, instead of a greeting we got a glare from an employee who later on said she was ill. Why was she there touching food, eve with a glove on?. When we said we ordered 18 bagels for p/u at 9a her answer was I don't know anything about that and she walked away. I asked for the mngr who said they should be at the end of the counter. When we went down there we did not see any bags so, with the mngr standing there right in front of me while she prepared other customers items, I stood there being ignored and the right thing would have been to tell me a bit better as to where they were but all I got was silence. I guess it was too much effort to help a customer any further than they already did. Tell me why, after many years patronage I should EVER go back to this cafe or actually any other Panera location.

Very disappointed in this and I know where to take my business.
