Dear Panda Express Customer Relations,

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a very poor experience I had at Panda Express location #3668 in Frisco, TX, on May 29, 2025, around 5:00 PM.

This location has always been one of my favorites, and I even drove over 10 miles specifically to eat there. Unfortunately, I was served dry chicken that had clearly been sitting out for a while, along with orange chicken that had an old, off taste—not the fresh, flavorful food I’ve come to expect from Panda Express.

To make matters worse, when I tried to call the store ahead of time at 469-804-9669, no one answered. When I returned to the store to address the issue, there was no manager on site, and the person working at the counter did not handle my concern appropriately. I had to wait until the line went down, even as customers who came in after me were served before I was helped. She never acknowledged me!

The employee was rude, dismissive, and robotic in her response. She acted as if I had done something wrong and handed me a replacement plate that I ended up not eating because of how uncomfortable and frustrated I felt. She also wrote my name on a clipboard, but offered no explanation or assurance that my complaint would be taken seriously. I even told her that i drove a distance to this location which use to be my favorite. Use to be! : (

There was no manager on-site to handle my complaint, and the staff was dismissive and unprofessional. The food was not fresh, and the orange chicken tasted old. I felt ignored, and the way my concern was handled—being made to wait and then brushed off—was unacceptable. I’m requesting that Panda Express acknowledge my complaint, apologize, and refund my purchase. I truly hope this is taken seriously and steps are taken to improve service at this location.

Claimed loss: Time, gas and unsatisfied!

Desired outcome: Visa Card # ending in 7957 - two trans actions made 13.00 (around 3:00) and 3.46 (around 5:10 when i returned) hit my acct on May 30th.
