Pakistan International Airlines [PIA] review: One baggage missing

Travel from Madina Munawara to Karachi.

while travelling we had twelve (12) baggage, the person at the check in counter at Madina Airport had by mistake given us eleven (11) baggage tags. on our insistence he was confirming that he had put tags on all our luggage pieces, alternatively, I approached Assistant Manager Kamraan Ahmed Chishti(passenger handling Services) PIA , to sort out the issue and arrange to trace my bag on which luggage tag was not pasted who assured to trace the luggage at karachi airport and if there is some issue will do his best from Madina.

While on arrival we could not find one piece of luggage till the end. We approached the PIA staff at Karachi airport to find the missing luggage, they said it could be in Madina. Later on we called to Mr Kamraan from Karachi on 11 jan-24 and requested to locate the said missing luggage( picture is attached already shared with Kamran sab) who assured to try his best. I am thankful to Mr Kamran who has been trying his best to help me on this issue.

Please resolve to trace my missing luggage. I would appreciate your efforts.
