Pakistan International Airlines [PIA] Flight schedule/delay

I booked connected flight from dammam to islamabad via karachi 2 hour stay, my flight in dammam got delayed for 2 hour due to which i missed mu flight in karachi to islamabad, i got new booking for another pia flight after 7 hours not with the seat i had booked and payed for, that flight also got delayed for 2 hours. Total delay caused is 11 hours and with poor service from pia and i missed a very important event for which i was flying. It was a total waste of my time and money , traumatic experience.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund for the connection and my seat was changed from the one i had booked and an apology

Pakistan International Airlines [PIA] Changed return flight date and destination without telling us.

They what changed our return flight date and destination without telling us. When I called and visited one of reservation office they just said all flights from Islamabad to Manchester been cancelled by operational department.

Originally our return flight was on 2nd September 2022 from Islamabad to Manchester and it on 15th September 2022 from Islamabad to Birmingham. This 15th September is not good as schools will be open on 5th September but PIA bloody PIA doesn't care. This is our first and last time to fly with PIA.

Pakistan International Airlines [PIA] I am complaining about my seats depromoted from executive economy to economy

aoa, I’m writing in reference to the 8CGHJ3 booking. The seats I originally booked are economy executive not economy which PIA has replaced as per, apparently, some technical issue. The problem is I in any case have to travel in executive only why because my wife is pregnant and my mother has knee issue. It’s near to impossible to travel otherwise and I we must travel. We had planed with serene airlines but we moved to PIA for executive. There’s not just 2 but 5 of us family members and our seats have been depromoted for executive to economy.

I’m attaching my expecting partner’s report as well, it can potentially be dangerous for her. Please look into and change our seats asap!

My experience with you guys have been unsatisfactory and this is the last straw. Atleast give us a reason to fly with you again,

Our seats with serene were booked on 17 august 2022 but they only had 4 of business class, that being the reason we switched to PIA 16 august 2022 adding to our extra hotel bookings of one more day.

I have already visited your head office in lahore as well, kindly respond and change our seats with someone else.

Pakistan International Airlines [PIA] Changing airports without consent

PNR 897EQ4 Surname Karim (5 passengers). Tickets LHR to ISB going 28/7/22 Rtn 6/9/22. I do not have a car so need taxi for 5 passengers & 4 suitcase's. (approx £25 going & £25 on rtn as only 15min far).

On 30/6/22 notified by my ticket agent my outbound was changed by PIA to Manchester 10/8/22 ( 3Hr 20min far) without me agreeing. I thought of cancelling booking but was told approx £200 per ticket would be charged (£1000). Travel agent said if I went to PIA help desk at Heathrow Airport I could try & change tickets, I went 3 times and sorted flights outbound from BHX for 9/8/22, that was 1 Hr 50min away which was better than cancelling trip, as no other option available and rtn was to stay as 6/9/22 LHR.

On 3/8/22 approx 11.30am I re-checked flight and found RTN airport changed to, Doncaster Sheffield (3Hrs 15min far) AGAIN WITHOUT INFORMING ME. I rang ticket agent but their system still showed as LHR, rang PIA but no U K office's answered any calls, then rang PIA customer service Pakistan. I was told tickets had indeed been changed I stated I have no means of coming home from there! Why was I not informed? When would I have found out when I was to return? I was told any problem chat to travel agent and phone was put down. Rang travel agent, their system still shows Rtn LHR and PIA has not informed them of any changes.

Went to travel agent office spent over 2hrs there. Stated flight changed they showed me their system it was showing rtn for LHR. They rang and we're told PIA had on system that they contacted me 29/7/22 informing me of change and I had agreed. I said that's a lie give me proof of this call in end was told flight status confirmed so can't change to BHX phone put down. Then was told go to Heathrow airport help desk again which I refused to do this time. Then we spoke to Feroze (I think he was in PIA London branch somewhere) he did not want to speak to me so travel agent had him on speaker I told travel was from LHR as live close but had to go from BHX. If needed to change why not have decency of informing? I asked for proof of this call on 29/7/22? I stated "Ok LHR flights cancelled it's in no one's hands but, at least if going from BHX why not keep Rtn for some airport why Sheffield? Pia keep throwing us as far away from home as possibly! How do you expect passengers to come from these airports? You got the money so now you keep doing whatever you like!" He told travel agent issue full refund and refused to speak and put phone down. I don't want refund I wanted my seats Rtn to be BHX. In June PIA changed going tickets I said refund, I was told £1000 deduction now PIA is saying give full! If customer says refund, told won't get full but when it suits PIA they ok to give and easiest thing that PIA love doing, just put phone down. Problem sorted! Travel agent rang PIA Pakistan we asked when passenger informed of change, the person confirmed no records that customer was notified! I tried changing from Sheffield to Birmingham but, was told only Rtn for BHX is 01/10/22 which is too late for kids school. All money spent doing shopping for Pakistan would not have been done if full refund was agreed in june. There is no option you are forcing me either keep this ticket or cancel whole trip but kids are excited. No decency of notifying me so most probably I would have found out when I was in Pakistan. I don't understand, if going from BHX why not put my RTN to same airport why Sheffield? Why was I not asked before changing tkt? I left travel agency 5.45pm, spent over 6hrs chasing but no result!

I want to be compensated £650 for the taxi fare London to Birmingham, and Rtn Sheffield to London. Why should I spend all this extra money because of PIA, I am having to add 2hrs going & 3 hrs Rtn journey to my trip my kids will suffer. Do not reply that you will look into this, all you have to do is put my PNR number & see what you have done. I want response regarding £650 compensation before I leave or i will get solicitor's to take this up. I am leaving my sister in charge, you can email/ call her Mrs S Karim [protected] and issue refund to her. I am attaching taxi fare shots what I would have paid & what I'll have to pay these are the cheapest fares.

Reply asap or I will get my sister to tell solicitor's than you can deal with them.

Recently travelled to pakistan with family for brothers wedding. P i a is absolutely rubbish. We were messed about from the beginning. Cancelled flights, alternative flights offered weeks later than our schedule, went to birmingham office, no sympathy or help whatsoever, staff were rude snd arrogant. We had to rearrange flights, cancel 3 tickets, pay 3500 extra (which we had to borrow), to arrange flights for my son, mother and father( both who are elderley and have health issus, , the main reason we booked pia because its direct) on qatar airways. Our stay time was shortened from 6 weeks to 4 weeks because of them and when we tried to get our return dates to get changed 2 weeks further, they wanted 8 snd a half lakh rupees, which is more than what our original tickets cost! Got back yesterday, we were supposed to come manchester and found out when we looked at the boarding tickets, we were sent to [censored]ing doncaster! Theyre not even using thier own planes, jordan airlines, same banger run down plane coming and going, no tv, no entertainment at all. Worst people to fly with, NEVER EVER USING THEM AGAIN. im now looking into what action i can legally take against them. Dont even consider paying your good money for a absolutely 3rd class service. Go elsewhere.

I am making a official complaint against pia flight from islamabad to Birmingham on the 11 of June 2022 flight 9791 scheduled at 9 am first of all after we border the flight we were were told their was a problem with the cargo we were delayed by an hour then for a 9 hour 50 minute flight we were given a croissant and a omlete and some fruit after 7 hours we were given bread and butter we treated worse then prisoners after we were of loaded we had to wait 3 hours for our luggage to come out their were a cue of disabled people all waiting for this appalling treatment I will be taking my complaint to the aviation authority as this is very poor behaviour by a airline to its passengers you have 2 weeks to reply

Pakistan International Airlines [PIA] I'm filling this complaint against your flight service from karachi to bahawal pur

Dear Sir,

I availed PIA flight (PK588 and seat no 24c) from Karachi to Bahawal pur on 27th March 2022 (7.30-9.20am) with suit case weighing less than 20kg. But I was not handover my suitcase on reaching Bahawal pur. I filled complaint at airport, and they assured me that I would be given my luggage on 28th March at 10am at PIA office but till now I've not been handed over my luggage. kindly do respond.

Pakistan International Airlines [PIA] Flight delayed 24 hours

Hi, I have only 1 week vacation.

it took me 1 day in travelling from Dubai to Islamabad to Dera Ismail khan, and 1 day in returning. out of 7 days, I have 5 days to spend with my family.

and surprisingly my flight was delayed 1 day. The same flight is expected to be delayed more than this.

there are flights available on the same day 29/04/2022, kindly adjust my reservation for the same flight

Pakistan International Airlines [PIA] Lost baggage

Hello.

My grandparents flew to Pakistan on Friday. They are in their 90’s and on wheelchair.

They had 4 bags but 1 of them never made it to Lahore. As you can imagine, they’re not able to run after people or stay on the phone all day.

So, I called probably 57 times your various numbers for Toronto and international offices, and NO ONE PICKED UP THE PHONE! What is the point of having a phone line if no one is willing to do their job and pick it up once in a while?!

I finally got hold of Sandra at Swissport Baggage Services here in Toronto, and she was able to help us find the lost suitcase. It never made it to airplane.

The suitcase will be sent to Lahore on next flight but how can they pick it up? They’re old and need help for basically everything. They are visiting faisalabad current which is about 3-4 hours away from Lahore. How can they arrange to travel all by themselves to pickup a bag that YOU guys lost and never managed to put on the plane? It is not their fault. They paid the fees and ticket. They are not able to travel that much again just to pickup a bag. There needs to be compensation for this huge inconvenience that is caused by PIA’s inability to perform the job they were supposed to.

I need a resolution ASAP.

worst company in the world pia, going to make sure that no family, friends and acquaintances never use this rubbish company. if you are thinking of using them dont. they change flight dates , times route and any other thing you can think of. and worst of all they dont refund. flight number pk9701 travelling from Islamabad to Manchester

Pakistan International Airlines [PIA] Covid 19 pre departure testing requirements

As per https://www.piac.com.pk/travel-advisory-updates provided by PIA on their website:

COVID‑19 testing requirements

All international passengers from the age of 5 years and above who are traveling to Canada are required to complete a COVID‑19 PCR test 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure to Canada.

Refer to this Link for information on accepted COVID‑19 tests.

The 72-hour timeline is from the date the test is taken, and not when the result is issued.

The 72-hour timeline is applicable from departure to arrival in Canada

Passengers who have previously tested positive for COVID‑19 are required to provide proof of a positive COVID‑19 molecular test conducted between 14 and 90 days prior to departure, instead of a negative COVID‑19 molecular test.

It is not understood why at the time of check in PIA staff still ask passengers going to Canada for negative PCR test result.

Pakistan International Airlines [PIA] Web ticketing refund

My refund is pending with PIA since October 2021.On October 8, I requested my refund via PIA's helpline and mailed them as well but there is no proper response from them.I called their helpline serval times but they repeated the same answer that they have forwarded the refund request. I also logged a complaint but still no response from them. My complain number is [protected].

Pakistan International Airlines [PIA] Refund for cancelled flight

My flight was booked for the 15th december.
On the 11th i went online to arrange my seating reqiurments and i could not log in.
I called manchester pia office and gave my referance number and they informed me that the flight was cancelled and that i could go on the 19th december, i explained that this flight would not be possible and i need to cancel the flight but i could not log in.
He then let me log in to cancel my booking and i was charged £150 per ticket x4 £600 for cancellation.
I explained that this charge is unfair as the flight was cancelled and since i purchased my ticket directly from pia that they should not charge a fee .
Since then i have been emailed by pia and they still are not giving me a full refund, my booking was 7u4ru4 aziz.
I was not notified by phone or email and like most people would have gone to the airport and realized there was no flight.
I expect a full refund and compansation from the airline

Pakistan International Airlines [PIA] Canceled and delayed flight

I would like to make a complaint about PIA, to start of with i was ment to travel on the 12th October 2021, but my flight got cancelled to the 13th which then at Birmingham manchester airport would not let me check in as they said the check in desk has closed so then i had to go the next day on the 14th October and Pay £250 on top to get the next flight baring in mind i allready paid £940 for my ticket to Islamabad. Then i was ment to return on the 21/11/2021 But It had got cancelled and moved to the 22/11/2021 and the got Cancelled again to the 23/11/2021 which was extremely frustrating for me as i suffer from severe Anxiety and depression and the stress of my flights being cancelled over and over again and then on the day of 23/11/2021 my flight was suppose to be at 3.00AM from Islamabad Airport But was delayed by 6 and half hours and departed at 9.30AM this whole experience with PIA was absaloutly appauling frustrating and very stressful which made me feel extremely suffocated and anxiety had really taken over I feel extremely upset as it triggered of my Anxiety again thanks to my medication it helped me to be calm for a short time… Then on the plane i was extremly appauled with the food that was given for breakfast a watery omlette with 3 pieces of chicken and then for lunch a very dry chicken sandwich to say how expensive the flights are the food was extremly cheap dry and not fresh i did not eat through the entire journey which made me feel poorly and weak by the time i got home I have allwayz travelled with PIA and have been a very loyal customer to the airline along side my family I hope i get a reply back as soon as possible….. Because If nothing gets resolved you will be losing a very Loya customer along with my whole family…. I have video evidence also but this is not allowing me to upload it my email address is Saraya.[protected]@hotmail.com

Suraya Hussain Mrs. (the PIA passenger)
The visitor has introduced with the complaint of Mrs. Suraya Hussain Mrs., who claimed to be the passenger of the Pakistan International Airlines of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, hereinafter referred to as "the passenger" and the "air carrier", from 14OCT2021 till 23NOV2021 with the query of a fully refund to what she originally [had] paid, and the 250 [GBP] in top, which was addressed the air carrier.
The air carrier did not provide the observations till date.
The claim can not be satisfied at this web site due to the following reasons.
The passenger pointed out her "anxiety and depression and the stress of my flights being cancelled over and over again and then on the day of 23/11/2021 my flight".
A judge can believe that anxiety and the stress are possible health state conditions incurred from the involuntary change of the plans of the passenger beyond her control.
A judge can not believe that the state of a depression occurred within the above circumstances because the depression state is a result of the severe damage of the nerve system for a the period of months or longer. The primary reason of depression is constant defense from an attack on the nerve system from the aggressive individuals, irrespective of their position or from the "nothing to do" state in the common sense.
Apart from the above reasons, the passenger did not mention the exact fault of the air carrier.
Thus, the passenger did not demonstrate the casual connection between the desired award, imposed from the account of the air carrier, and the air carrier itself.
Within such circumstances the claim of the passenger will be left without the satisfaction till date. This does not limit the right of the passenger to appeal against the offender to the district authority of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan or to the Manchester county authority in accordance with the common rules of the procedure.
The sum of claim is left unresolved till date.

The visitor of this private web site introduced with your complaint, filled against the Pakistan International airlines. Kindly take in mind:-
1. The legal complaint can not be understood by anyone, if it does not contain the demand of the passenger, among other mandatory items.
2. The style of the complaint and the direction of the evidences is not sufficient to make the complaint by yourself.
The best solution for you: to hire the solicitor, to collect maximum evidences of your text, to agree on fees with the chosen solicitor. Than the chosen solicitor will do work for you. There are about 15-20 solicitors of Pakistan origin in the UK.
The UK court charges 125GBP for such type of the complaint in UK.
The fees of licensed solicitor ranges from 80 GBP per 1 hour till 130 GB per 1 hour, depending upon age of the services mainly if you search in UK, or the legal assistance fee can be 2-2.5 times cheaper, if the passenger will decide to hire the licensed lawyer in Pakistan.
The time of work for the delivery of the simple complaint of the passenger can be 6-8 hours to the UK/PK authority. The length of the procedure depends upon the judge/ court. Such length can be of 6-8 months for the first instance court.
To make the similar claim to the same authority more than 2 time is useless due to political reason everywhere.

dear sir/mrs one of your employ whoes name is mr aminullah & cnic number is [protected] has looted nearly 13000 rupies from me on the name of job he creats fake advertiements of jobs and loot the fresh candadiates his he belongs to a pathan family his phone number is +[protected] & +[protected] i am uploading is own photo and payment photos to him please asked for my money back this man is spoiling pia image

Identities: suspect mr aminullah & cnic (PK) number (censored by web site) of pathan family, phone is (censored by web site); victim is amir musa. 2. Alleged violations (misbehavior) fraud (looting) and fake advertisements. 3. personal injury: direct loss 13000 rupies. 4. Evidences - "own photo and payment photos to him" . Is it true? Explanations of Eyewitness. If a Pakistani national (citizen), Pakistani national residing abroad or visitor of Pakistan, excluding the accredited foreign diplomats and often members of the families of the diplomats, believes that some one violated his or her liberties and freedoms, religious believes, granted by the latest highest official of Pakistan, such person can fill the application by his hand or in printer, but sign by hand, and to send by post to any police office of Pakistan. The chief officer of that police office or his appointed and subordinated officer shall reply within 72 hours to applicant one of 3 descisions (1) on the redirection on the application to the other authority of Pakistan (2) on the commencement of the criminal proceedings, if the application is in the direct jurisdiction of the police office (point) (3) on refusal to commence based on the advertised criminal proceedings of Pakistan (article 154 of the Pakistani code of criminal procedure). The current complaint of amir musa does not look a complete application, and the evidences do not look reliable in order to conclude regarding fraud (looting, fake advertisement) for the chief of the local office of the district (city) of Pakistan. 11 evidences show no valid telephone number, no valid receipt of money and no check. Individual can visit the police office in person and the police constable of the reception of the police office can ask additional questions in order to satisfy the minimum requirements of the relevant article of the Pakistan Penal code, 1860 or the other Pakistan law and issue the receipt in the way of the registered copy of the complaint free of charge for the submitter (Pakistani national). The investigation of fraud is a power of police office of magistrate (district, city). Province is used by defense in Pakistan. If direct amount of victim''s loss is 13000 rupees, such amount can be sufficient in one category of crimes or insufficient in certain other categories of crimes in Pakistan.

Pakistan International Airlines [PIA] Pakistan airlines

I have booked a ticket [protected] I received called on my husband number from Pakistan pia Callcenter at 7pm on 6oct 2021 on his uae fone number they informed that the flight is canceled when I try to find out from them the reason for that we figured out there is no reason. They offer us to reschedule flight on another day after I agreed as I don't have another option while I I was talking to them I informed that my Mobile battery is going dead I asked them to Call me on my other fone number he told me he can't call me so my fone get off and I have to put on charging then I called again on same Callcenter number I selected English then a lady received my call and she doesn't speak English and I requested her to please transfer my call to the same person I was talking she gave me very rude replies that she can't do that and just tell my booking number instead talking else and after while I was taking she had disconnected the call.
I have called again to find solve they inform us to call them in next morning I told them to To re book I request to do for me and call me morning they infirm we can't call.
I urge you to have my right and book for me or refund the money .

Submitter Ibrshim — Dubai, United Arab Emirates (as provided by web site). Responder Pakistan International Airlines [PIA]. Explanation of witness. This web site does not disclose the ticket number, passenger phone numbers for passenger supporters and for supporters of air carriers in most complaints without the attached evidences. The Ibrshim's complaint is impulsive, that restricts to understand it in Urdu language. Every employee, who serves the passenger and cargo directly, of PIA must speak English and speaks English, Urdu and Arabic, if you are in UAE. The demand to transfer the phone call to anonymous employee over the PIA telephone line shall be ignored (rejected) by anyone. 2 PIA employees made 2 attempts to rebook the new flight for the paid amount over the phone number, which you submitted to PIA, in advance prior to the undated flight. So, PIA employees demonstrated sufficient care towards Ibrshim' needs in UAE after the PIA booked flight was cancelled, that was reported orally and electronically to Ibrshim. Is it correct? Later Ibrshim made 1 unsuccessful attempt. Now unsuccessful waits for the unknown booking for unknown date, from unknown airport in UAE. Happy waiting!
