Pakistan International Airlines [PIA] review: Feedback on inappropriate conduct by staff member on pk 748

I’m writing to raise a concern regarding the behavior of a flight attendant named Kiran on Flight PK 748 from Madinah to Pakistan on August 2nd, 2025.

Her tone and attitude throughout the flight were noticeably rude and informal. Several fellow passengers, including myself, were taken aback by her unprofessional conduct, especially considering this was an Executive Class cabin.

Is this the standard of training and communication expected from your crew on international flights?

I hope this matter is looked into seriously.
