ACO and or/volunteers in our area are NOT fulfilling the needs of the impounded animals in the Leech Lake Impound. They live in filthy conditions, the impound smells of urine and fecal matter, the cats do not get their litter boxes cleaned each day, the dogs lay in their urine and built up feces because their kennels are not cleaned each day.
