www.myplatinumrewards.com review: We paid for the lifetime membership - where did the website go?

In 2011, we paid for the lifetime membership subscription with ICE/MyPlatinumRewards (powered by Kings Creek Plantation) [for 35 years/or expiring 2048] - approximately $2,495.00. Other associated names would be: OVC Cruise & Travel (this would appear on the CC statement; and their email address is [protected]@ourvacationcenter.com.

When I go to the website, its now called 'Ice Rewards Lifestyle.' I cannot log in to this site nor reset my password because it claims that my email is no good. there is some Spanish language on the first page as well.

Our contract number was Interval International - II 770-0200 under Frank and Audrey Gaffney (Philadelphia, PA, 19128), [protected]@aol.com

I would like to know what happened to the website and our $2,495.00.
