Double Bulb Enema Syringe review: Order no. E19178 for $99.99

When I received the double bulb enema syringe, I only opened the box and looked inside not touching anything. I saw the size of the product in question through the plastic see-through wrap and felt I could not use it because of its size. I then resealed the box immediately with my added letter requesting that I wanted to send the item back and a refund for $99.99, which was the price listed on the packing bill. Of course, I kept a copy of my letter to the company regarding the item for my protection and to answer any of your questions if need be asked by anyone working on this case.

In my letter to the Enema Supply Company with the returned item, I defined the item that I wanted refunded in the "Re:" line with the identified item, item no., and price that were all listed on the packing bill list. I also stapled to my letter of request to the company the packing bill listing the product, item no. and price.

In researching your double bulb enema syringe, I thought I could use it to keep water from leaking out when I needed to administer myself an enema, but looking at the size I felt I could not feel safe using it. I felt uncomfortable at the size because I am very petite in size and stature. That is why, when I saw the size of it, I only looked in the box and at once sealed it up and returned it immediately without taking it out of the box nor unwrapping it when I viewed it through its see-through plastic wrapping.

Since this is the case, and the above-referenced item has been totally untouched by human contact on my side “of the fence”, the company is safe to assume that it is indeed sterile and able to be resold as a safe, clean and viable product.

Since the company's policy is not to refund but to exchange or send whatever can satisfy the situation, and I have no need of anything from them, I cannot accept any credit from the company because the credit would stay on my account indefinitely.
