We joined about 3 years ago and finished paying off our membership, but after sending emails they have not responded. They said we could leave whenever we wanted to, and that they could cancel our RCI contract. They did pause on my making payments while I was on medical leave, but after I returned to work they jumped right back on to having me pay off the contract, but they won’t answer or return any of my calls, nor do they respond to any emails I send. I’ve found state laws against fraud and I’m going to file a complaint against this unless they close my contract immediately before they charge me the next maintenance fee. They’re nothing but a bunch of scam artists and thieves
Claimed loss: All the money I’ve invested, and failure to honor they’re side of the contract
Desired outcome: End the contract and repay what I invested on good faith expecting them to honor the contract
