Civil and Administrative Tribunal review: Consumer and commercial division

I have been through tribunal:

1- I filed evidence of two independent experts regarding mould growth in the place and annexed the letters as part of my affidavit. Surprisingly, the NCAT ignored it and did not even discuss it in its decision . Whereas the agent, member of REINSW, did not even file a video evidence, but the member during the hearing stood up from his seat and walked nearby the agent and watched the video which I as the applicant never received before the hearing. It was clearly against the procedural fairness and natural justice.

2- Later, I was not being given decision for 46 days after the hearing and it further disadvantaged me. There was no order made for the agent to do the maintenace & repair and remove the mould from the premises. Rather during the hearing, the member asked the agent : have you served “No Ground Termination” letter yet? There can’t be any other examples of corruption more than that. I got no confidence on this abusive and corrupt justice system at all.
