Vinted. review: I have been accused of commercial selling.

I have been wrongfully accused of commercial selling, they have deleted most of my listings and have threatened to suspend my account in the next 3 days, they have ignored all of my messages and emails regarding the situation by responding with an automated response. I am selling completely sealed and unopened skincare, facecare, makeup, shampoo and body care that a family member brought and stored before they died in April. I can provide evidence of their death with a death certificate. I have not bulk brought any of these items and furthermore can proof this with bank statements if required, they belonged to the family member who passed away. All of these items are completely unopened, sealed and in orignal packaging, (they were a big Liz Earle fan and regularly used their skincare products). I’m allergic to perfumed products and have no need for so many items, so I’m therefore trying to sell them. I make this complaint upon the false accusations, vinted’s appalling customer service and lack of response/help regarding the situation. They have yet to provide any information that is not an automated response despite me repeatedly reaching out to their support via “contact us” in their app, email and on Twitter.
