I went to the O’Reilly Auto Parts in Casa Grande at 1426 E. Florence. I didn't see a book in which to look up bulbs or wipers, so I went to the counter. The young woman who helped me looked up the parts, wrote the parts down on a scratch paper and then picked the parts. I paid for the parts, but then I realized I was charged for two bulbs instead of one. She apologized and corrected the error. I realize that mistakes happen and I went on my way. When I got home, I put the wipers on. I then realized the headlight bulb was wrong. The part number for the correct bulb and the bulb I was given weren’t even close to being the same. I didn’t give anyone attitude, but I still have to wonder if these mistakes were intentional. Wrong part and charged for two? O’Reilly usually have good customer service—just not this time.
Desired outcome: I hope the O’Reilly has a talk with their customer service team.
