Roger from Tires on the Run was absolutely fabulous! He pretty much saved my life on the highway in -32C. Know one else would help and he made time to come out and change my tire! Tires on the Run was completely amazing! Rogers knowledge on tires and asking about my needs found me the best set of tires for my truck. He was on time and took care of everything. Done in 50 min and I was on my way. Totally recommend this company for anyone looking for tires but don't have time to take it into the shop.

Tires On The Run crew are simply wonderful people who treat everyone with respect! As a female, I have had many horrible experiences. Because of my meeting with their team a few years ago, I won't go anywhere else. Also, love that I can stay in Airdrie and have my summer tires put on in under an hour! A dealership wants your car all day! Seriously, you need to check these guys out!

Just had 4 new tires installed on my truck and was extremely impressed with the whole procedure. Had been looking at a different brand of tire and Roger was honest enough to inform me that they were not that good of a tire and suggested a better brand at a lower cost. Very impressed! Great Service, Honest Guy and would highly recommend Tires On The Run to others, before going anywhere else.

No tires will touch my vehicles or wheels unless Tires On The Run and his crew touches them first! This is the ONLY way to get new tires installed! I had seen the Tires on The Run Bus around and thought that this was a great idea. My neighbor was having tires installed so I walked over and in a matter of 10 minutes Roger had found the right replacement tires for our SUV and we set a date for the install. Rogers product knowledge and professionalism combined with fantastic service and pricing are why I would recommend Tires on The Run.

We had a flat tire during Christmas holidays. We called Tires On The Run at their phone number in the morning. Their mobile unit and service technicians showed up at our residence the same day within 4 hours. They repaired the tire, in -25 degrees outside, and were finished and gone in under 30 min. We would highly recommend Tires On The Run, and we will definitely use them again. The convenience of a tire service coming right to your door is great, and the staff and the service techs were very professional and courteous.

Thank you Tires on the Run, you certainly went above and beyond for me! If it wasn't for them, I would certainly have been running on a faulty tire, if I had used a different service to get my winter tires installed. Because of that, these fellows made 3 trips to my home to put my tires on. And never once did they make it seem like "this lady hasn't got a clue". All the fellows were professional and answered all the questions that I asked. The gal in the office was also so helpful to concerns I had, and was quick to respond.

I called Tires on the Run in the morning when I discovered an extremely flat tire on my SUV. Roger said he would be able to come over later in the day to assess whether or not the tire could be repaired. When he arrived in the totally awesome, well-equipped bus, I knew immediately I had called the right person for the job. Within a very short period of time, Roger was able to tell me that my tire was able to be repaired & he & his assistant had it repaired & re-installed quickly. I was very impressed with the service & that was done at my home made it that much more terrific!

Tires on the run is officially our household's go to for tire service from now on! They helped my husband pick out the perfect set of new winter tires for our van. I'm a busy mom with four kids and I have multiple school drop offs and pick ups throughout the day and can't leave my van at a shop all day to have my tires changed. The fact that Tires on the run came right to our house and between school runs was so convenient for me! Roger was very nice and professional. Great price as well. Hubby and I both will be recommending Tires on the run to everyone. This is a great local family owned small business that understands the value of time of parents with kids (especially four).

My day started with a flat tire, and yes, I drove on it accidentally. The first company I thought of was Tires on the Run, so I called them. I was fortunate enough to have a helpful individual stop and assist me in putting on the spare tire. I then drove to Tires on the Run. Once I arrived, they were ready and waiting for me. They promptly inspected the tire, but unfortunately, it couldn't be put back on the car. John, one of their employees, came and spoke to me about the next steps. He took the time to educate me on the type of tires I should consider, considering I drive a lot for my job. I decided to purchase two tires that day and will need to get the other two as soon as possible. The team at Tires on the Run ordered and delivered them that same afternoon. They did an exceptional job, displaying professionalism, care, and efficiency. I was back on the road within 20 minutes. They even left a reminder in my car to return after driving 100KM to have the tires tightened. Thank you for turning my terrible day into a great one! The tires are perfect. I highly recommend Tires on the Run!

Such amazing service! I came in because of a persistent flat tire that had been fixed multiple times by a chain business. Long story short this other place just patched the problem and sent me on my way while actually making it worse every time I went there. So I went to tires on the run and now I will never go anywhere else! They explained what was happening with my tires and why, and what they were going to do, It wasnt just a fix the problem for now and send you on your way sort of thing. This is a business that actually cares about your safety and the safety of others on the road. They then fixed the problem not only with the flat tire but on the other three as well. They also caught that my spare tire was no good and I ordered a new one through them and they did the rest. You get amazing, and personable service, while supporting this local business. I will always come back and recommend them to everyone!

Took both vehicles in to Tires On The Run to get tires swapped. I have been going to Kaltire for about 10 years, at discounted rates (on service and tires), and the experience I had bringing the cars to this new local Airdrie shop exceeded my expectations on service and everything in between. First, all the guys are very knowledgeable, take pride in the work they do, and pay close attention to ensure safety is of utmost importance. Their shop was super cool, and gave a perspective look on how things are done. John particularly who is also an AD member, was a wealth of knowledge in everything tires. I appreciated hearing the many stories and unique equipment they had for scenarios that could help decrease costs on consumers. Both cars had legal tires, however one of them on my wife's car was indeed showing its age. I appreciated the recommendation and know that he and his team were thinking of safety first, especially with us having twins. We did end up purchasing studded tires, and already my wife feels better being prepared for winter. With the experience I had, pricing, how easy the whole process was, customer service and the fact that they are local have now converted us to permanent customers moving forward. I highly recommend taking your vehicles for tire swaps and purchasing new tires, they really know their stuff based on experience and what they see from tire manufacturers over the years. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would, based on the whole experience and convenience. We will be recommended to family and friends :). Thank you guys again and we will be back :)
