On 1/25 I placed an order with Optum Rx. I called back on 1/31 to check status, was told by a pharmacist that it was on hold as the card would not go through. He ran it while we were on the phone and wow! it went through. He said he would expedite it and I would have it by Mon/Tues. My bank did not show any charges so I verified on Sunday (?) with an agent through UHC's chat and he assured me the med had been shipped (see attached snipped photos). Monday I had another email saying it was on hold. I called again and was told by a pharmacist that the order read IM not SC; I needed to ask my PCP to correct it. I told him I have been off this med for 5 weeks; please send asap once fixed. My PCP fixed this on 2/2 per MyChart. I still showed no bank charges for several days and had no communication as to shipment, so on 2/7 I called Optum again. I was told they had not shipped but now that I was calling about the med, they would send it. They confirmed the price with me which I had already given verbal approval for. She informed me she would expedite the med at no charge and I would receive it between 2/12-14 (5 days - expedited shipping?) so this order basically has taken me 2 weeks, 3 phone calls, and $651 to get. It is now 2/10 and I still do not have the medication. And my shipping notification indicates they are shipping via UPS - this is a refrigerated med, so I am concerned the med will be unusable if it ever gets here! I will NEVER use Optum Rx for any other medication. I thought this would be an easier way but they do not know what they are doing. I do not trust them.
