I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to follow up on my booking with reference [protected], made through Opodo for the following passengers:

This booking was cancelled due to a card payment limit issue, and I have already received a partial refund from Opodo. However, I am still awaiting the refund from Austrian Airlines, which, as per your instructions, should also be processed through Opodo.
The total paid was €252.47, along with an additional €68.32 for the Flexible Dates insurance (policy number [protected]). A payment of 47,001.38 ALL was made on 04.04.2025 to Austrian Airlines, as seen in the attached transaction details.
I kindly request an update on the status of the refund from Austrian Airlines and the expected timeline for its completion. Please let me know if any further information or documents are required from my side to expedite the process.
