Premier Cancun Vacations Cancun/disneyland package

I have two main complaint about this guy that sold us the vacation package. #1, in September 2020 Cancun Vacation package and 2, Disneyland package in Cali and I paid $2100 to this the same person, Ronel Lechuga/Rafael Pascual in the Philippines and it’s been 3 weeks I haven’t heard or received anything from him or from The Premier Cancun Vacations. Rafael Pascual told me that he will send me the confirmation or booking number directly from Premier to my email. I have trusted this guy given that my friend’s family had a good experience buying the package from Premier Cancun Vacations when they went to Cancun Mexico in 2013.

I attached to this email the receipts with booking number that Rafael Pascual sent me for the Cancun package in 2020. We would like to use it supposedly before it expires but lil did we know the booking number wasn’t under our names. I also attached a receipt of payment for both my brother and myself sent to Ronel Lechuga a total payment of $1300, $800 for me and $500 for my brother. Rafael deleted the receipt he sent to brother via FB messenger therefore I cannot provide the receipt.

The person who sold the tickets to my friend and her family is the same person whom I purchased the ticket from.

Until now he is freely roaming in facebook as if he didn’t take money from me or who knows with a lot of people already and he need to stop.

Desired outcome: I want my money back and him be ban so he will stop his fraudulent business.

Premier Cancun Vacations Vacation Package

Hello,

My husband & I bought a package on Nov.29, 2019. Less than 3 months after, lockdowns were annouced due to COVID 19. Forward 2022, I received a phone call from Alex Ortiz asking us to pay additional fees just to extend our plan and not lose our investment on this vacation. I asked to speak to a manager or a supervisor and he says that there's no one else but him. All I have to do is pay and that's the best he can do.

COVID 19 is not your fault or mine. To ask us to pay extra just because we cannot travel as soon as the borders open is ridiculous. I have an 83 year old father with Alzheimers and an 81 year old mother who just moved in with me to be taken care of. I cannot just travel unless the situation is much more controlled as I do not want them to be jeopardized. I'm sure everybody has a story to tell, and that is mine.

Please extend our vacation package with no extra charges. It does not make sense to pay any extra as this was delayed due to a pandemic.

I have attached a copy of our booking.

Appreiate your earliest response.

Thank you,

C KS

Desired outcome: One (1) year vacation extension without extra charges.

Premier Cancun Vacations aleyna purino perez

I was introduced to this lady by my friend through phone regarding the vacation packages in Cancun 3 years ago. And promised that our kids will be free, they were 12 and 15 that time. And then as I received, the contract it says that children is free under age of 12 only, I confronted her she said just don't tell the staff in the hotel, are you kidding me?! Do you think they gonna believe? And then she said I need to pay for them that is almost $300 each WTF! This is lady is a scam and the company I asked for a refund t no response, and keep on calling me for referrals and If I want to extend my contract because it expired so another $200 ! How are we going to use it if we need to pay for our kids that's more than a regular vacation packages. I even told her they need to make a refund since a lot of tourists has been killed and sick in Dominican Republic who the hell will go there for a vacation?. This company and their staff are all scammer. They promised a lot. She even uses fake FB account posing as this pretty latina girl claiming she's half Filipina but all her pics were in other country. I wish the owner of this pics will be notified.

Premier Cancun Vacations vacation package

A person named Aleyna Perez called me and encouraged mw to buy the package. All of a sudden becausw of her charm and being talkative, i was hypnotized by her selling tactics. At first she told me that the package is good until 2yrs but when i saw the ack it's only good for 18months upon purchase.I She even asked if i can recommend her to my friends and i did! Some of our friends got the package too and we are all ended up a victim of this girl! I even ended paying additional $200 because our package is getting to expire. This kind of selling tactic is really bad! They will do everything just to sell!I hope this would be a lesson for those who are planning to get a package.

Premier Cancun Vacations same complaint

Seduced by a young pretty Filipino woman on Facebook into purchasing a trip to Cancun at the resort listed in this complaint. It's the identical resort, price and bonus trips. It's called GoCancun.
Only difference is they're trying to get me to purchase another trip so the Filipino girl can make her quota and travel to the US to be with me.
She and her boss, last name Jhey, tag team you with Facebook messages and phone calls. They feign interest in your life and Facebook posts. They post spiritual messages about God and how lucky they are to be living in paradise.
Same $898 trip to the Laguna beach resort and ocean spa resort.
I was told by the seductress that it was a package for her mother to visit but she couldn't make the trip.

Premier Cancun Vacations scam

In 2016 I received a call from Chelsea Panganiban she offered book/buy a vacation package going to cancun mexico. At first i said no but she constantly kept calling me. She even called me when it was very late in Canada, which made me very upset. Later on, she finally convinced me to buy a package, and then the year following (2017), I bought another package for my two kids, husband and I.
June 2018, I called her and told her that I wanted to use my package. I wanted to leave on December 22, 2018 and come home on December 29, 2018. She called me back and told me that she would call the reservation department and book the resort. I had given her all my credit card and family information thinking that she would book it for me. I waited for the reservation confirmation for a very long time, but I never received a call back. This October I finally decided to call her back due to waiting for such a long time... I then found out she never booked my family for the vacation by calling the hotel myself. They told me the hotel was fully booked during the time my family and I wanted to go.
My husband and I had already filled out vacation requests at work... I am beyond upset and extremely disappointed at Chelsea a.k.a. Mae Chels Pangilinan. She promised me 4 free air tickets if I would recommend more clients to her. I recommended many people to her thinking she would do everything she promised to. She ruined my family vacation for Christmas! My kids are heartbroken.
How could you let one of your workers to do this to a client. I was patient with her the whole time and I can't take it anymore. I am so stressed out. I am hoping that the management would be able to help me out, or at least reimburse me for everything I paid so my family and I could go somewhere else this Christmas. I would also appreciate if management would do an investigation on this because it has ruined the name of "Premier Dream Vacation." I will be sure to tell my friends and family to not use this company AT ALL. This employee is a big SCAMMER and a big LIAR!

Premier Cancun Vacations 898usd cancun all inclusive

Package includes:
-all inclusive - Cancun (no air fare)
-Orlando, Florida - hotel and breakfast
- Bahamas cruise

I am writing to express my disappointment with this company, distributors and all the other agents in sales and reservations.

I have purchased this package through a girl named Sabrina Morales she says works for Mexican Reviera Resorts. My first encounter with Sabrina was around February, she'd keep calling and calling me but I refused to take the offer as she did not have all the information I want to know about the package.

I approached Sabrina early March to ask if they still have the package she was offering before and said yes. This agent was lacking information about the 898usd package and never mentioned that it is non refundable. She never mentioned non refundable all she said was fully extendable and transferavle. Before I booked/purchased, I asked her for the list of hotels and it's amenities and she said she'd email them to me. Sabrina never emailed me a thing.

So then I purchased and got the receipt and saw Premier Cancun Vacations as the header on the e-receipt. So then I went to google and searched premier cancun vacations and read so many bad things about the company. Not once that she'd mentioned about premier cancun vacations. She only told me that theyre just the ones giving out the receipts. I asked Sabrina so many times the name of the main provider for this package but never said anything or answered this question. After reading all the reviews, I was very hesitant now to push through this deal even though I have paid 898usd already.

However, Sabrina kept telling me it would be fine. I gave Sabrina my travel dates which is April 16-22, Sabrina Morales never said anything that hotel booking must be made atleast minimum 60 days before travel dates. When I called reservation and spoke to JR, he said no availability on the dates I wanted at the Ocean Spa hotel and only available in Laguna Suites. I do not want to stay in Laguna Suites as theres really nothing there. Only 1 restaurant for the whole week? I wouldnt want that. Also, originally Sabrina gave me about 4 hotel choices and only to know that the only choice we have is Laguna and Ocean Spa. Clearly, these are misleading informations.

At this point, my stress level reached its maximum. I do not want to push through with this package anymore. Vacation turned into a nightmare. I am requesting for a refund, even though it says non refundable, I still want a refund! Whatever it takes, you have to give me my money back. I dont care if you charge it back to that agent Sabrina Morales who clearly did not know the job well.

I'll be waiting for your response and action on this one.

I am so sorry to hear that you've changed your mind about traveling to Orlando, Cancun and the Bahamas.

Laguna Suites really is a wonderful resort. It is nestled in a privileged area in the heart of Cancun's Hotel Zone, inside the magnificent Pok Ta Pok Golf Club, Laguna Suites Golf & Spa shares the beautiful views of the golf course and unparalleled sunsets over Nichupté lagoon.

Not far from Cancun's famous beaches, you can swim, sail, surf and snorkel the Caribbean Sea's azure waters. Travel back in time visiting the spectacular Mayan ruins of Tulum, Coba, and Chichen Itza, one of the Seven Wonders of the World; all within easy day trip range. Cancun's cosmopolitan shopping, lively nightlife and gourmet cuisine are enticing as well.

Laguna Suits includes a wonderful pool with loungers and a swim up bar. The hotel also provides a free shuttle to sister retreats as well as the beach.

Knowing all of this, there is absolutely no reason to assume the vacation would be a "nightmare" in any way. Also one should never assume a purchase is refundable. Unless otherwise stated, it is not.

Hopefully this addresses any and all of your concerns. Assuming everything is addressed to your satisfaction, there is absolutely no reason to reply to this text.

Premier Cancun Vacations scam and thieves

My friend from Chicago and I, from Las Vegas were victims of this scam cancun vacation. Claire Garcia befriended my friend on facebook and started selling my friend the package. At first, she was really nice and friendly. She even mention in our conversation "God bless you" and "I love you" which is weird. She said that the package include a 7-8 day stay in a five star hotel which we later found out that it is not. All inclusive with tours included, yacht rides, and free transportation. My friend took the bait and was promised that if she added more people she would receive a free Bahamas cruise. She paid the gal $1098 and called me. She said that I have to pay right away so that I will receive a discount for my airfare and the package. Since I trusted her and thought she was a close friend of the gal on fb, also found out later that she's not, I paid $1098 also. Claire then transferred me to her supervisor, and another gal which took my payment then to the guy that talked so fast that I couldn't even understand what he's saying. I asked him to slow down and talk slower but he kept on talking fast. That left me so confused and doubting. They also told me that it was non refundable. The fb gal started calling me and asking to ask my friends to join but my husband had some doubts so we just told her we'll do that when we got home from vacation. I asked her if there's a bait or a Time Share and she assured me that there's none of those. The gal was also insistent that we buy the airline tickets from them. My friend send $1000 to the Philippines via western union to the person she didn't even know because the gal said it's cheaper to buy the tickets in PI. That gave me a red flag so I just said that we would buy our own tickets. Moving forward, we were waiting for our hotel itinerary for 2 months and we got nothing. I couldn't buy my airline tickets since we don't have a booking yet. We've been talking to Claire Garcia and Maricar Luna which is her supposed to be supervisor but they stopped answering my calls because I kept on asking them about our booking, but was still in contact with my friend and telling her that everything is booked. So we both called the Premier reservation and found out that it's not booked at all. When we tried to book, customer service said that there's an additional $228 a day to book the room that we wanted. We were mad. My friend called both of the gals but they are not answering anymore. The money that my friend sent to the philippines for their airfare was gone. Claire's fb was disconnected also.
My suggestion to people who wants to go on vacation to Cancun to book your own instead of buying a package from unknown company. These people are scums, liars, and cheaters. I'm Filipino myself and I'm disgusted and embarrass from what these people are doing. I attached a picture of the email they sent me.

I just got the same message from this Claire Garcia.
The offer seems to be good. When I told her that I will talk to my family, she suddenly insisted that I should pay right away or loose the discount. That is when I became suspicious.
I googled her and true enough I found this complaint.
She is sending messages again to follow up on her offer as I am writing this comment.
I will copy and paste this complaint and send it to her to let her know that I am aware that she is a scammer.

Premier Cancun Vacations untruthful information, justine romano big liar

Our friend adviced to contact Justine Jay Romano, regarding vacation in Cancun Hacienda Tres Rios. Upon conversation Justine told us that we'll be staying in Hacienda Tres Rios for 8 days and 7 Nights All inclusive and he will be the one to make a reservation for us. He also suggest that we'll be getting tour packages included in the price and he'll be our guuide upon arrival. He said what included was 6 days of activities and gala dinner. I asked him if there's a mandatory timeshare presentation that we have to go to, he confirmed that there's none. After booking was done Justine become unavailable, after we requested to book the hotel for us he become continiously busy on the meetings and not able to call reservations. After one day of waiting I received a vouchech from Premier Cancun Vacations ( ID:[protected]) stating that we booked with them and for the different hotel, plus we have to attend presentation as well. There's no mentioning of any kind of tour activities included.

After getting back to Justine he said that everything is alright, and he'll take care of us. However after he suggest me to call to reservatins myself. Nubers he provided : one was for Direct Tv another number was not working.

Attempts to contact Justine was not successfull as he's alwasys on meetings now. We obviously got scammed for 1098 US. Amount been caherged by Easy Cancun Vacations Benito Juarez. This person has no moral nor ethics. He will LIE IN YOUR FACE and then throw you and your family with 1 year old baby with no remorse.

I want to WARN YOU NOW, ecpesially Philipino nationals you are the point of interest of this scammer.

He'll try to sweet talk you into this scam to get in your pocket and still your money.

There was another story about this dude /link removed/
He mentioned to other person that his mom was sick and he will not able to meet person in the airport, well I wish to this guy that his words become true and want to remind that all you do will come back to you in double power and your karma will follow you.

We had the same experience with Justine and Sabrina. Yes, the package is legit but most of the other promises that come with it are fake. They also told us the they will consider my daughter's age as a child at that time and waive for extra charge. They even told us that tours are free and also did not mention about the hotel reservation fee. We enjoyed our vacation so far but the booking and planning were really stressful as you can not call them back directly as the numbers they give you will only ring once. Does not even have a voicemail. Justine will not reply to your email or messages after you paid for the package. So we don't even have any plan to get the bonus package that come with it as there might be lots of extra hidden charges for sure.

What a shame for these kababayans' fraudulent activities. They keep calling us after our vacation to refer them to our friends but we don't want our friends or co-workers to experience the same nightmares we have in dealing with them.

Premier Cancun Vacations cancel package/ refund

I was cold called the morning of 5-12-17 while caring for my 5 year old son and 3 month old niece. Of course the vacation offer sounded like a great deal. ( I'm having a melt down here kids are stressing me out lol. Visualizing myself on a beach sounds great). So I accepted the offer. I spoke to my fiancé. And we'll he was furious with me. I am a stay at home Mom who just maxed out her credit card on this $1298 purchase.so you can see why I am in trouble. I called the customer service number back within 10-20 minutes of the offer trying to cancel. I was told I was not able to cancel. The Trip was nonrefundable. However she did say she would call me back in 10 minutes. 2 hours later no call. So I called back a 2nd time and that person hung up on me after trying to transfer. Called again and waited awhile for some someone to answer.I'd get a couple thank you for calling premier Cancun vacations hold please. Spoke to someone again told them my issue was placed on hold for a long period. Then call was dropped. Called back AGAIN. Anyway you get the idea. This was frustrating. Went around and around with another lady she agreed to cancel my package. But wants me to pay a 25% penalty. In order to receive the refund I must. Sign a a form and along with a copy of my drivers license. Which I find as odd considering my ID was not required for such a large purchase. All they wanted was a rushed answer and a credit card. This company preys on people's impulse To buy. You have to answer while on the call or offer will no longer exists. They know what they are doing and it is wrong. If this is such a great deal then. Then why can I not cancel. Give this offer to someone who actually wants it. This is wrong. All I want is to cancel and be refunded in full . 659253002I can understand a penalty if I waited more than 24 hours. But I called back literally 10-20 minutes later. Note to self and everyone out there. If someone ever calls with a offer you have to accept right away. Don't do it. Chances are your making a mistake. It's a scam some way or another.

Premier Cancun Vacations misleading information on bonuses/extras offered within the package

The claim is about Misleading Information on Bonuses/Extras offered within the Package where the main product is 5 days in Cancun resort with obligatory Time share presentation.
When promoting on the phone, they said that all the Bonuses/Extras were Included in the package price (and even didn’t mentioning other fees). Next, in the written Purchase Confirmation (after having charged us), they mentioned “other fees may apply”. When we receiving the Certificates (after Time Share presentation), it appeared that Dream Week Vacation was just offered with discounts.
We think it’s Misleading to promote something as “included” while it’s just offered with discount.
We sent a letter to support of Premier Cancun Vacations regarding this issue but they answered that it was their partners’ responsibility and they are not responsible for any Bonuses/Extras no matter it was Premier Cancun Vacations who sold this offer (and charged us). We consider the way Premier Cancun Vacations sells its Packages fraudulent

RE: We think it’s Misleading to promote something as “included” while it’s just offered with discount.

We would stated it a little stronger and say it was and is very misleading what this company did and continues to do. The same thing happened with us. We were sold a package that "included" four (4) vacations. However, we were not disclosed on the prices of at least two of them. On the purchase letter (sales receipt) they did make it clear that we would have to pay taxes on the Orlando package and also that there would be a booking fee for Cancun but the disclosures ended there. (This may also have been mentioned on the initial phone call selling this package but no charges were mentioned for Costa Rica and the Dream Vacation) In addition, they stated we can take 4 persons to Orlando but did not disclose that the other 2 can only be kids not another couple. The clear impression given was that when we paid the $698 we got not one vacation (Cancun) but 4! However, in reality, from the start the $700 only included Cancun. (Actually $778 with booking fee) The "Bonuses" (or Extras) are offers/flyers that come from what appears to be other companies and which could be given to anyone walking down the street to promote their company. These "bonuses" are not included but you are only given a flyer and you must then pay the fees, taxes, etc. Since it appears to be a separate company (of course this could all be part of their dishonesty too since it could very well be the same company wearing a different shirt) that is why you have to wait 6 months (want to make sure you haven't recently been given a time share presentation). When you call, email, or otherwise complain on all this, they will point out number 16 on the sales record that says: "(additional terms, conditions and fees may be applicable)." The problem? First, you get this information after your purchase not before. Second, the phrase says "may" and they clearly know it is "WILL" and they also know how much it is, but do not tell you the cost. Third, they clearly disclose the fees for Orlando which says, "responsibilities are hotel taxes due at the time of checkout", but nothing is said about any of the other trips thus leaving you to believe that any "additional terms" will be minor if at all. Even the $200 credit for Orlando, when asked how do we get that they make it clear that Premium Cancun has nothing to do with the other company and what they give you, so you have to take that up with them and ask that company about it. Here is the phone number: [protected] to an Orlando Vacation of 5 days and 4 nights. (I am confident that if you call you can get the exact same thing whether you have a advertisement/flyer or not)

So what is the bottom line? The included one week vacation will cost at least $299-399 depending on the size of the place. The included Costa Rica vacation will cost $299 to just reserve your trip. (what other fees will there be? Also how much are the hotel taxes in the included Orlando trip? Can't imagine it being under $100. So for a $700 vacation package that "includes" four trips will actually cost you at least double and no doubt more! How in the world is that included? When you have to pay well over $600 more to get your included vacations?

If they were dishonest with you as they have been with me then perhaps you should dispute the charge with the credit card company. Hopefully they will change their ways or will be forced to when enough banks block them. It is a shame they are so specific on some many things on their detail 4 page sales receipt but only have a vague expression that there "maybe additional" charges. These additional charges double the cost and must be disclosed!

PS I see some feel the whole company is a scam. (Including the sunset group, Cancun travel unlimited, PROMOTORA SUNSET BEACH CLUBS ) This is not the case. Many of these complaints are not fair and act as if they take your money and do not provide. The hotel was excellent, The pickup from the airport was smooth and the trip was excellent. Therefore, It is a legitimate company that will provide you a hotel, food, etc. however, they were are very misleading on the sale of the package and definitely use shady business practices to sell this trip.
If you paid, don't worry you will get your vacation but you will also be charged more than you thought.

Guillermo

Hola Olga, I am the manager for Customer Service, the bonus destinations that are given to our clients have a value of 1, 000usd however the only payment you make is the fee of tax which can go between 249usd to 349usd depending how many people are traveling with you, that's why on the purchase letter under bonus destinations does mention "additional terms, conditions and fees may be applicable"

I am sorry you feel this way please give me call so we can talk a little more about your bonus destinations

Premier Cancun Vacations phone scam

Today I received a call indicating that I have won & qualified for a trip to Cancun & Orlando due to me having a credit card & over 25 of age. So right off I was already concerned with this deal.

I went ahead & listened to their spill, first spoke w/Debra @ 3400, for whatever this is worth. After telling me everything that I could get for just south of $800, 2 trips for a family of 4. She then puts me on hold & then a guy comes on & says he is the Director of something & didn't get his name.

I told him that I was hesitant of the phone call & I don't know if this was some type of scam. He says we would have told you we would include airfare for the same price if this was a scam. I proceeded to say if this is a deal your company is offering, this offer should be available anytime & I wanted to check this out to ensure this wasn't a scam before I gave them $800.

He then says well let me make this easier for both of us, he says bye, then hangs up. TOTAL SCAM, DO NOT FALL FOR THIS !

Premier Cancun Vacations cancel vacation/cancel payment

One tuesday afternoon, a filipino rung me from cancun, mexico (I she told me) and said that I was selected by their company as referred by my previous to travel in us and is the first from australia. She explained all about the vacations in cancun and orlando... Blah, blah, blah... The vacation package actually must cost $us5, 000, but because it is an offer for me and my family and it cost me only for $us798.00. For me, it was too good to be true. She was very, very persistent. After two hours of doubting and convincing, I did not know how I said yes to her. Silly me, then, she asked my credit card number but I was hard to get when regard to my credit card. She asked for $250.00 as deposit and the rest will paid in 3 monthly instalment payment. I know that I will not be able to refund my $250.00 but I can stop them taking the rest my money from credit card. After that day, the young lady keep on pestering me every morning at 8.00 and asking for more names to be referred to her and be scammed. The name of the young lady is eleyna perez and she is on the facebook. She wants to befriend with me on fb but I said "no". I have a booking number of my vacation with them if you need proof and the detail of my vacation and payment is there.

Thanks for your response on my complaint on 3rd of Sept posted by Nothappyjan333. I should be grateful if you can refund my deposit of $250.00 but I decided not claim it anymore. I have learned my lesson not to give any information of my details to anyone especially credit card. That's security reason and peace of mind. The $250.00 is considered as a gift for your company and I have to intention of claiming it.

Did anyone have any luck and was successful in cancelling the charge from their credit card? I was also deceived by this company. They also go by the name Go Cancun.

I was on the phone with "Aleyna" last night with the some of the best offers I've ever heard of before! But if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. She had given me a very crafty sales script mixed in with a little joking and playful bantering. I told her that I wouldnt be able to go on vacation for the next 2-3 years because of medical bills and other priorities, but she was very persistent. Finally, I declined her. She was very upset and told me that if I ever do decide to go to Cancun, to buy our vacation from someone else. Stay away from sales agents like that. It's all about quota and never about the customers' capability or lifestyle.

This girl called us to offer this same package and pretended to be ALEYNA PURINO PEREZ (on facebook) which I doubt she is not. She said she is a Mexican-Filipina gal based in Mexico who will be our tour guide once we get there, but she will never be there. I am sure she is just a part of a company's call center agent who lies just to rip you off. She tried to persuade us to buy it (promises of no expiration and all other promises) and even offered a lot of freebies (free accomodation to wherever hotels we want around the world) and much cheaper package than she initially offered (from $1098 to $898 by using allegedly her employee discount). I have heard a lot of complaints about expirations and having to pay again 299 bucks just to reactivate it. That free accomodation she is offering is about time share that they will again persuade you to get once your on your vacation in Cancun. If you don't get one, their service will get cold towards you. She talks about call-back client policy where she said she could not give the same "best" offers she was giving us once we hang up the phone. Her offers would go on and go on and keep pestering you. fortunately for me the line was cut off. Good thing that happened, but she tried to call us again a few seconds after and the day afterwards (talking about what she called call-back policy hahaha). This pretentious "Aleyna" will say mean things to you once you refuse to her offer (don't give her your FB account, emails or phone number, much more your credit card). May our experience gives you a heads up, whether their packages are legit or not (including their unbelievable offers and promises), one thing for sure - their work ethics is terrible, needless to mention that identity theft or pretending to be somebody else is unlawful. and for those unbelieable promises, they have a catch and that involves your money. They don't deserve and worth your time.

Somebody named Mr Alvin Paule Fulgueras who requested to be one of his friends in Facebook with his account name Alvinn Paule-Fulgueras. He introduced himself as a Sales Agent of Primier Cancun Vacations and a native of Davao City, Philippines. He has thousands of facebook friends with a good looking photos on facebook and says he was half Filipino, half Spanish decent that is why his looks differs from most Filipinos. After friendly conversations using Messenger App in Facebook, he started sayong they got this huge Promotions in their Cancun Resorts in which if I avail a package they have Free Orlando, Florida as well as Free Royal Carribean Cruise in Bahamas. He told me it cost $US 1, 398 and will need a Deposit as its only very limited. So he pas the phone to a Mexican guy and started asking for my Credit card details for the downpayment of $500. Constant promises from Mr Fulgueras that he will organize my flights from UK to Cancun and viceversa and will take a days off from work to tour me around Cancun. 2nd payment taken last 14th July 2017 the amount pf $449. Communication with Mr Fulgueras continues with his promises and even asked for more referrals from my friends in the UK. 1st of Aug 2017, I noticed that his Facebook account was deactivated so I quickly try to message him on Messenger but I was already blocked. I search his name in FB and there is a public post saying that Alvinn Paule-Fulgueraswas using all his FB photos from a certain Tana Phoun Savath from Indonesia. I quickly hone to my bank to inform them to restrict any transactions from Cancun, Mexico as I might have been conned by this Sales Agent and bribed my hard earned money. I contacted the Primier Cancun Vacations company and says they will send me an email fora Cancellation Form in about 1-2hrs after our conversation, 8hrs have gone and never received any emails until now. Iwas so worried that this Primier Cancun Vacations company is not a legitimate one until I get my refund of $US 949.00 I already paid to them. I am hoping this will warn anybody for future offers from them.

I am trying to cancel my payments, but they want me to send further personal information (copy of my driver's license, etc). This was not needed to charge me, but they need it to cancel my payment? They are threatening to come after me if I don't forward them photocopies of my driver's license. I would avoid doing business with this company as start require personal information cancel any payments.

I received a call stating I had "WON a wonderful vacation and thank you for using one of our sister businesses." I had never used ANY of the other businesses. SURPRISE ! SURPRISE! 1ST spoke to a woman, who never told me it was a time share, thu it turned out to be just that. She went on explaining the beautiful destination. She JUST needed my trust, friendly credit card and $698.00 U.S. dollars. SURPRISE! again. I stated I needed to see "something" to show me what my monies would be purchasing. Then a a gentleman was on the phone, for I believe the hard salers, such as myself. I was asked about my income, the monies we had, etc. (I don't tell family that much info to my family!). They didn't ask for my blood type thu.Goodie! It sounded great, BUT MAKE YOUR DECISION NOW! I said I needed to discuss it w/ my husband, but he was preparing for a huge trial. The gentleman (I use that word lososely) then stated "I guess you don't have that much money, " w/ a snotty attitude. No Money? MY ###! We own everything we have, house, land, office, 2 businesses, 2 new trucks, newer car, boat & camper & cash in bank. From that point on, I was pissed off by this little Piss ant! THEN THE Weasel HUNG UP ON ME! I WAS NEVER RUDE TO HIM, but I do hope a shark finds him, a blood thirsty shark just like himself. P.S. Want a REALLY NICE VACATION- COME TO WYOMING & MONTANA-GREAT FISHING & BEAUTIFUL SCENERY. Signed, A Wyo. Photographer
Tried to send a photo, but it was nixed. Just a pic of the Tetons

I have purchase the vacation package for $798.00
And paid in full.
I was told that it is good for 2 years and a half till it expires.
I got it I believe around November 2014.
The transaction with me . So far so good.
I might book my vacation this year.
But reading all the complaints and everything it makes you feel very much worried that there will be a problem when you arrive at the place.
And i was trying to search for any videos regarding premiere cancun vacations. I cant find anybody posting pictures or video claiming what experience they have on this resort.
I found one but its actually a commercial done by premiere.
But it will help people or anybody if there is going to be a video or pic by just a regular person that tries the resort.it doesnt matter if its a bad review or good.but it makes if you feel certain that it is real.
Anyway, i will try to put updates and pic after my vacay.
I called and ask if i can bring a friend since i dont have a husband.
And i was told yea its ok.
Ill see and reviews afterwards.
I wont hold back.
Lol.
Aleyna Perez is the agent that sold me the package.
I was endorse by my sister that bought the package too.
Ill keep you guys posted !

I bought a vacation package that included a trip to mexico and a trip to orlando. We took the trip to mexico in october and would like info about the orlando trip. No one calls back... Week after week I phone to no response... If they wait long enough, my time will be up to even take the trip. Maybe there is a method for thier maddness, but it's just making me mad.

Premier Cancun Vacations scam

I got a call while I was working and the recording on the phone had said that I had won 100, 000 air miles. I was then transferred to a sales representative who went on about what I had won. I told him to get to the point and tell me how much money this is going to cost me. He did not answer me, but kept talking. I listened to him and could tell he was reading off of a script. He was saying that I was 1 out of 100 people who had won this package today. They finally told me it was 689.00 plus 69.00 and 30% hotel taxes... It was funny when I seen them call my boss 2 days later to try the same thing. So, they just lie to get into your pocket, I wouldn't trust them.
