Hi, I'm Sadanand Sebastian (Booking Number - DRG9PQ | Ticket Number - 0987396789826). I booked my ticket without buying a Travel Service Care, but later someone called Toshiba your employee called me and told me I must buy the Travel Service Care otherwise, I won't get a refund or a rebooking if flight cancels or if any change happens in the schedule. I was shocked to hear that. Because, usually when a flight gets cancelled due to any reason from the airline side, they rebook it for us. There's no need to buy a Travel Service Care for that. Then again he persuaded and forced me to buy it. I was scared and worried thinking maybe it's true and it could be the new airlines rule and I ended up buying it because it's Christmas season. While buying it I had asked him if I want to cancel it can I cancel it? He said sure, this payment is not for the airlines, it's for Oojo, so anytime before 24 hours of the travel, if you change your mind you can cancel and get 100% of your Travel Service Care refunded. And he also requested me to give him good rating in customer review and I did it.
But later, I did more research on it, by reading the airline policy, by asking people and I confirmed that what he said is totally wrong and indeed a misinformation. If flight gets cancelled due to any airline related reason, it is the airlines duty to rebook it for us. There is absolutely no need to buy a travel service care for it.
Hence, I want my refund for Travel Service Care $199.31 immediately.
