wowfare.com is a company that doesn't care about its customers. I wouldn't recommend using them at all. There are plenty of other companies out there that will treat you better.

I ain't gonna lie, I was pretty disappointed with Wowfare. I shelled out some extra cash for their "cancel anytime for anything" deal, but when I tried to cancel my flight, they straight up wouldn't let me. I tried calling them, but they just hung up on me. And when I sent them an email, they didn't even bother to respond.

It's a shame, really, because I was really looking forward to using Wowfare. Their website looked legit and they had some pretty sweet deals on flights. But now I'm thinking twice about using them again. I mean, if they can't even honor their own cancellation policy, what else are they gonna screw up?
